I've order a phone and it was shipped via bluedart. When bluedart courier guy first came to my home, I wasn't around and since then it was held on local location for more than 10 days. Every time I call customer care they say "We are going to have it delivered on next business day" but it never happened and after few more days, tracking status was updated as "Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request".
