Bluedart — courier lost | |||||
I sent some original documents via bluedart to uk. Unfortunately they sent it to canada. As it went yo a university they contacted and i could retrive it back. Again i sent a original document to uk. And this time they lost it again. The recipent didnt receive but bluedart tracking says it is delivered. I dont know how to approach. Can you assist me please in retriving my documents.
