Bluedart — Courier not delivered and wrong status update

Hello,

I had ordered something from wedtree which they have sent through bluedart. It was supposed to be delivered on 12th march. I have an event this friday and bluedart are not updating inspite of it reaching my city ob 11. they have now changed its status to "Customer Requested Future Delivery: " on their own. Waybill no [protected]
