Bluedart Courier Service — complaint regarding customer care irresponsible behaviour | |
My pick up was assigned by bluedart courier service on 28th sept but after waiting 14 days no one came for pick up. They cancelled my pick up two times and blamed me for this. I scheduled my pick up for third time but nothing happened. I complained about this to customer care but they told me to drop off the product myself and hung up on me, didn't even listen to my complain. My local bluedart office person told me that there is no one available in his office for pick up and told me that you can go and complain but nothing will happen. I want to complain against the bad courtesy of staff members and their irresponsible behaviour. Their customer service team is goods for nothing. Was this information helpful? | |
