Ref: AWB No: [protected]
For the second day in a row, the shipment was not delivered saying "Consignee not available". This is unacceptable! We were home both days.
The courier did not attempt delivery! The courier did not call or enter the community either! The community logs and phone logs will prove this.
Moreover, I raised a complaint on 27th when this first happened.
The complaint number is 1158931 dated Nov 27, 2024 at 9:17 am. And again at 3pm on Nov 27, 2024. Nothing good came of the complaints. I was assured my shipment will be delivered on before 6:30 pm on Nov 27, 2024.
But the same thing happened the second time as well on the Nov 27th. While we were waiting for the shipment, I received an SMS below at 9:39 pm
"Sorry to have missed you while delivering Shipment with AWB#[protected]. Click https://acl.cc/BLUDRT/GGnjPd70 to reschedule delivery as per your convenience - BlueDart"
Will BlueDart ever deliver this high value item in the near future or will it keep saying "Consignee not available"?
I am exploring legal options to escalate this issue to the highest level possible.

    Date:19/11/2024
    My shipment has been stuck at Anugul Bluedart office, I have contacted them with [protected] to deliver it. First they told me that they will be delivering it but after 3 days they told they can't deliver it and told me to file a complaint with rude behavior.
    This is the third shipment through bluedart that I am facing such issues.
    It is a humble request, please take necessary actions so that such issues can be avoided in future

      Blue dart Package not received

      I was expected to receive my package with AWB# [protected] today, but now it is showing as Status Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect.
      This is simply not possible, as I have the entire and correct address provided to the bank, and I have literally received 2 other packages exactly today itself on the same address (AWB #[protected] and AWB# [protected]).
      For #[protected], I didn't even receive any call from any delivery...

      Parcel not received but showing delivered

      I have not received my parcel with Waybill No: [protected] yet. But it's showing it is delivered on 03 Oct 2024.
      Please, resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      Tracking Id - [protected]
      When I tried rescheduling link, it first set to nov 15, but when I opened link again today it changed to nov 16.
      Pls deliver it today, it's only 6-7 km away from address

        I am writing to express my frustration regarding the status of my recent delivery. The tracking information indicates that the package was marked as "No such consignee at the given address." However, I have been residing at the same address and was available to receive the delivery.

        It is concerning that no attempt was made to contact me before marking the delivery as unsuccessful. As a customer, I expect a reliable service that includes contacting the recipient if there are any issues with the delivery address.

        Please investigate this matter urgently and arrange for the package to be delivered to the correct address as soon as possible. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to avoid any further inconvenience.

          Issue in delivery - Consignee's address incomplete/incorrect

          I am receiving earphones from Gurugram to Bangalore. It was supposed to be delivered today but says consignee's address incomplete/incorrect, even if I have given full address.

          I even contacted customer support, after not getting through for almost 20-25 times, they picked up and said the issue will be resolved, but it is still not resolved.

          Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete,...

          Bluedart incorrectly updates the consignment status without actually making delivery attempt.
          They may have high volume which they may not be able to fulfil but this fraud is not acceptable when they put the blame on the customer.
          My shipment is getting updated as 'Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared-Incorrect' from 2 days while no delivery attempt has been made. No bluedart person has even entered my apartment. There is no call from them. this is just a fraud.
          internet is full of such bluedart fraud stories. Strict action needs to be taken against such fraudster company.

            No any bluedart executives come

            I got a message from my bank hdfc your credit card is delivered through blue dart..after no any call or agent is come at my address ...and after that I got a message your address is incomplete ...then I go to blue dart office at kapasehra they denied to give me my parcel...they told executives will comes at your address...after that no any agent is come at my address my bluedart awb number is [protected]..
            what the pathetic service...

              I have Booked a shipment for Bangalore from Moradabad through blue dart on 23rd of September under waybill No-[protected] and it was dispatched on the same day[protected] with expected date of delivery is[protected].
              When I checked the status on toll free number, they told me that shipment was detained by regulatory authorities on[protected] and it is still[protected] in custody of department. When I asked them to share the legal Proof, they stop responding me and they are still not ready to commit when will department is going to release the good.
              I have been chasing them since last week (Yogveer - [protected]) and now they are not responding my call

                Bad service by Blue Dart.
                My shipment is out for delivery at 24 September 12:16 AM and at 25 September 16:30 its been updated to "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address", even though address is proper and i am at my home. it's not delivered. if the address has problem you should contact us on the given number but they not connecting with us. because of that i cause many loss because of this delayed delivery. I requested to ensure and solve this problem ASAP.

                    bluedart c'nee shifted from the given address

                    It is really strange...

                    the status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, where as I am at that address only and I have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now I am calling them and i am not getting any response...what should I do?...
