I have a shipment to Vadodara from Bengaluru through Bluedart. Is was suppose to delivered on 9 the September. But it is not delivered yet. Status says on hold for regulatory paperwork. Could you please deliver the shipment as soon as possible. Blue Dart Tracking Number is given below.

Pin code is right but i am tracking parcel status wrong pincode impact delivery...

My blue dart package not yet received, getting the status Out for Delivery in the morning and in the evening even without attempting the delivery they change the status to Delivery Failed-Premises closed. They don't even call. And I also don't have the courier guy number so I can ask them to come over. Can you please help Blue Dart team.

Your servise is terible the delivery agent pickup the ggods by 5PM and without make any attempt to deliver the shipment return the goods to the hub as failure in deliver with above said message "CNEE SHIFTED FROM THE GIVEN ADDRESS"
The reciver is in given address and the tphone number is functional yet no calls were recived from the delivery agent.!
Its a fruadulaent company...

My package was not delivered stating that the premises was closed but no one came to deliver or gave me a call.
Now the status shows as undelivered shipment held at location vasai.

When I was tracking down my order its shows that Address is Incomplete, how come?? Lots of courier and parcel I have been receiving from so many years on same address, and also why the Executive haven’t called me up when he reached the destination,

3 of my shipments they are not delivering saying that pincode is wrong.
I have given to them landmark also.
Their toll free number and other[protected] /[protected]
is also not working.
local office phone numbers available online are out of order.

I have mailed them several times.

My order - way bill no. [protected] is still not delivered and showing "Wrong Pincode, Will Impact Delivery" and "Shipment Redirected On Same Awb". Even though I have entered correct pincode and address and have ordered many things on the same address. Their office is just 20 min away from my address.

I sent a parcel from Bangalore to Raipur on Saturday 13th July by Blue Dart express. It was supposed to be delivered on 15th July i. e. today.
But instead of delivering, I am getting an error status that consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. But no delivery person reached out or called me to check.
This is an issue that has happened before also with Blue Dart. The address is a valid address that always works well.

As per the sub i had made a order through vedix and shipment with the waybill no [protected] is still in transit but acc to the tracking id i had checked it was reached to the office 28/06/24 still cant delivered to me.
i called him through phone also but their ans is unsatisfactory.
They used to delay intentionaly as this is not the first time.
Kindly look into the issue asap.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Blue Dart Express Services regarding the non-delivery and false delivery status of my parcel (Waybill No. [protected]). The parcel was picked up from Bhubaneswar Axis Bank on 24th May 2024, destined for Axis Bank Jeypore at NH 43, near Inspection Bungalow, Jeypore 764001, Dist. Koraput, Odisha.

Despite Blue Dart's tracking system indicating delivery...

The parcel was supposed to delivered on 25th June, 2024. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible....

Hi, my credit card from axis bank was supposed to get delivered on 31st may 2024, shipment was out for delivery i was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this. And Axis bank support team is silent on this. Calls are also getting unnoticed.
I called bluedart customer service multiple times infact i called bluedart kota somehow and after listening to my concern they hung up the call i sent multiple email to bluedart and still no response i need my card to be delivered ASAP please help.

He misguided me and took refusal otp from me on 27th May i.e Today in 5:15 p.m. by saying no is interested in picking up my order due to weather conditions. Now when its refused he is asking me to re apply order again. But the main issue is the complain cant be registered to the website again. So he screwed the replacement of my product. When I was trying to contact him back re ignored my call several times. Nether he is picking up my call nor responding back. He was arguing baseless.
Now I am too tensed, he is ignoring me. So I hope this complaint department of yours will take action and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I have ordered from Fastrack. My shipment was sent to coimbatore through blue dart courier. But I haven't received any update from them but they changed the status to office closed, unable to deliver...I'm really disappointed in blue dart service. They didn't even contacted me but changed the status like this and customer service is also not properly responded.. I'm really disappointed with your service. Please deliver my shipment as soon as possible in good time.

Passport booked the through Blue dart in Gurugram... It is over 24 hours, it is not been picked up for shipment... While tracking it shows parcel not registered.
Secondly the courier consisting of passport was booked through Blue dart in Mumbai on 21st, it has reached the designated hub i. e Kgp but the delivery is still not done.
Such a casual handling of Important document like passport is not expected.

My shipment with Waybill No [protected] was out for delivery on[protected] but not delivered.

No one called regarding delivery and the shipment was marked "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect", which is absurd as I have had shipments delivered from Blue Dart to this very same location multiple times in the past - and I dispute this claim.

If the delivery person is struggling to find my house, either call me in advance for instructions or just reach at the following nearby gym's address and call me (you have my number):
