Waybill [protected]

The parcel was supposed to delivered on 25th June, 2024. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible....

Hi, my credit card from axis bank was supposed to get delivered on 31st may 2024, shipment was out for delivery i was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this. And Axis bank support team is silent on this. Calls are also getting unnoticed.
I called bluedart customer service multiple times infact i called bluedart kota somehow and after listening to my concern they hung up the call i sent multiple email to bluedart and still no response i need my card to be delivered ASAP please help.

    One of your employee Gourav Biswas, Contact No: [protected] in Kolkata.

    He misguided me and took refusal otp from me on 27th May i.e Today in 5:15 p.m. by saying no is interested in picking up my order due to weather conditions. Now when its refused he is asking me to re apply order again. But the main issue is the complain cant be registered to the website again. So he screwed the replacement of my product. When I was trying to contact him back re ignored my call several times. Nether he is picking up my call nor responding back. He was arguing baseless.
    Now I am too tensed, he is ignoring me. So I hope this complaint department of yours will take action and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

      Hi,

      I have ordered from Fastrack. My shipment was sent to coimbatore through blue dart courier. But I haven't received any update from them but they changed the status to office closed, unable to deliver...I'm really disappointed in blue dart service. They didn't even contacted me but changed the status like this and customer service is also not properly responded.. I'm really disappointed with your service. Please deliver my shipment as soon as possible in good time.

      I haven't received any calls or updates from Blue dart courier service in coimbatore, but the waybill number shows as office closed unable to deliver... I have already paid for the product.. this is really disappointing from Blue dart courier services.. they are updating the tracking status themselves without contacting the receiver.. how many days do I have to wait for the product without any updates. It's really frustrating and disappointed. So deliver the item as soon as possible.

        Passport booked the through Blue dart in Gurugram... It is over 24 hours, it is not been picked up for shipment... While tracking it shows parcel not registered.
        Secondly the courier consisting of passport was booked through Blue dart in Mumbai on 21st, it has reached the designated hub i. e Kgp but the delivery is still not done.
        Such a casual handling of Important document like passport is not expected.

          My shipment with Waybill No [protected] was out for delivery on[protected] but not delivered.

          No one called regarding delivery and the shipment was marked "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect", which is absurd as I have had shipments delivered from Blue Dart to this very same location multiple times in the past - and I dispute this claim.

          If the delivery person is struggling to find my house, either call me in advance for instructions or just reach at the following nearby gym's address and call me (you have my number):

          Beast Factory,
          Shree shyam khatu complex,
          Karwan Ki Sarai, Malsalami, Marufganj,
          Patna, Bihar 800008

          (Just google the address and you'll get exact location - reach here and call me, I will come and collect)

          Not sure what the hassle is for, when Blue Dart has delivered to my doorstep several times in the past.

                [protected] is the tracking number. They were supposed to deliver this yesterday before 4pm but has ‘misleading’ updates to the dated on 15th May at 8pm mentioning the delivery status as “Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery” which is so bizarre and not true.
                I still haven’t received the consignment and service is disappointing

                  Dear Blue Dart,

                  I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the delivery of my recent order with Miso by sonia. I placed the order on April 20th, and on April 28th, I received a call from a courier representative regarding the delivery.

                  Regrettably, I was not available at my office address during the call, as our office remains closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I promptly explained this to the courier representative, who assured me of a delivery the following day. Despite this assurance, I have yet to receive my courier.

                  Additionally, when attempting to track my package, I encountered an alarming message stating that the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete. I can assure you that the address provided during the order placement is accurate, and I have never encountered such an issue with previous deliveries.

                  This prolonged delay and the inconsistency in the information provided have severely impacted my trust in Blue Dart, and I am deeply concerned about the status of my order.

                  I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring the prompt delivery of my order. Additionally, I would appreciate clarification on the status of the delivery address and steps taken to rectify any discrepancies.

                  Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency, as it has been almost half a month since I placed my order, and the lack of clarity or progress is highly concerning.

                  Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. I look forward to your swift resolution and restoration of my confidence in Blue Dart.

                    I was supposed to receive my order on April 30, and got a message and OTP for delivery confirmation but got no call or any update, later that day night that status is updated as restricted area . There is no such restrictions.

                      My Blue Dart Courier, AWB [protected], was supposed to be delivered on 30th April but it wasn't delivered citing the reason "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect".
                      I didn't receive any call, rather I came to know about it after I checked on the Tracker. When I tried to contact your customer care, it was getting disconnected. Please ensure the delivery of my order or else I have to escalate this on social media.
                      At least share the phone no. of Delivery agent, so I can share the address details with him.

                        I am Kunal Mullick and placed an order from Voltas and it was courier company Blue dart express with shipment number [[protected]], which was assigned to deliver my product, I have given my full residential address with each minute information possible and it is not hard to find the area but even after showing out for delivery for the product they failed to deliver the product on the day, and in the last the updated the order tracking status as NEED DEPARTMENT NAME/EXTENSION NUMBER which is the most silly excuse that can be possible as it is the most reputated area and most famous and everyone knows the adress even flipkart and Amazon deliveries are provided here on daily bases, in morning itself I got the text with out for delivery so I connected with blue dart representative 4-5 times in the day but they told me the courier will arrive today by 7:30 pm by any cost but I waited till 9 but not even a single attempt is made by delivery boy to deliver my courier and he didn't even tried to call me or contact me and ask to come for pickup and updated a silly excuse of need department name . I am in really big trouble and want my courier to be delivered by tomorrow itself

                          I was supposed to get my delivery yesterday but there was no delivery from Blue dart however in the website it updated as “no such consignee at the given address”. I did not receive any call or what so ever when they came to delivery or it is a scam update. Please look into this.

                            I placed an online order from https://www.sennheiser.com/en-in Order #151S15183
                            I was suppose to receive my order on 11/04/2024, but haven't received it however it's marked as 'Delivered' after tracking my order on http://www.bluedart.com/. waybill no.: [protected] even though no call/sms were made to contact me for delivery.
                            After contacting them the delivery guy acknowledged that they didn't visit my order location but marked my order as delivered anyway.
                            Blue Dart Express Limited is responsible for my delivery there's no support after contacting them.
                            It's already been more than a week. I've already made countless phone-calls, visits to them but to no avail
                            My order is either delivered to someone else or most probably lost/stolen by them.
                            I want complete refund from Blue Dart or Sennheiser for my loss.

                              Ordered One plus pad go (A tablet) by oneplus' official website.From past 2days Oneplus sends me message that my order is going to be delivered today and then on oneplus' app bluedart that consignee adress is incorrect. The delivery guy haven't called me even once, but simple they say my adress is incorrect. They have terrible service. My Hostel is straight in front of Allen Sangyan Building, but no they just won't deliver. Please help me through this as soon as possible. My test is getting close, I need this tab asap, But I am so much disgusted by Bluedarts' services

                                I have ordered a Fasttag from HDFC bank that was supposed to deliver by bluedart. Initially I got a message that my package got undelivered because no one was at location and I haven't got any phone call. Second time I got a call and had convesration with delivery boy three times in 20 minutes time span, but delivery boy again undelivered the package by update no one at location and told me over the last call that he has gone far now will deliver next day. Its already been 4 days now my packet got undelivered. Today[protected], I went to distribution centre, they have got my parcel but they are demanding a hard copy of ID proof from me, I argue with them why Should I provide them my ID, they have have a look, verify my details or they can ask OTP from me, but why should I submit ID to them just to get my parcel. This is totally wrong ID contains peronal ceredentials, anyone can misuse it.
