Bought an apple laptop that was delivered by bluedart on 06th. it was damaged on receipt. Contacted apple support who agreed to replace it. initially theie email said it will be picked up by 8th and bluedart assigned it to an agent on 9th. He did not pick up and it is simply updated as pickup resecheduled. There is no response to email as well as tweet....

I am extremely disappointed with the great service provided by your team regarding my shipment (AWB: [protected]). This is the second time I am facing this kind of Issue in a short duration of time.

Standard chartered bank send a demand draft of 4148.06 rupees on my name Sumeet through Blue dart. But Blue dart delivery executive deliver this order to Mr. DILIP KUMAR who is unknown to me. Also delivery executed didn't call me to confirm that he/she is delivering this to Dilip Kumar.

Had booked a courier with Blue Dart on 29th May, which was supposed to be delivered by 4th June 2025. However, the shipment was not delivered on time, and upon checking the tracking status on Blue Dart’s official website, it falsely states: “Delivery rescheduled as per customer request” — which is completely incorrect, as I made no such request.

The consignment bearing docket number [protected] [[protected]] was not received by us. But their tracking shows the consignment was delivered to us on[protected] @20.55.

We did not receive the cover till today.

Send lots of emails, but no response from their side. Sent emails to their customer care, nodal officer, marketing... No reply....

I was expecting a shipment of a bag I ordered and the delivery boy with Cell no[protected] called me at 5:46 PM. I returned the call and spoke to him several times till 8 PM where he said he will deliver the bag and leave. I have been waiting for the last 2 hours and he is not picking the phone. This is a very strange and unprofessional behaviour.

I was expected to receive my package with AWB# [protected] today, but now it is showing as Status Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect.
This is simply not possible, as I have the entire and correct address provided to the bank, and I have literally received 2 other packages exactly today itself on the same address (AWB #[protected] and AWB# [protected]).
For #[protected], I didn't even receive any call from any delivery...

the status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, where as I am at that address only and I have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now I am calling them and i am not getting any response...what should I do?...

Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

The message read out for delivery around 4:23 PM and Blue Dart's office is merely 15-20 mins from my location. Around 9 PM they say Prohibited Area / Entry restricted. My society has no watchman or gate. Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Mojo, Dominoes, Pizza hut, Burger King and others have no problems delivering order to my door step.

What is this behavior from Bluedart? Please resolve this issue quickly....

I am yet to receive my parcel and it's been 4 days. I tracked the parcel and it's been stuck at the nehru place hub since 8 january. It doesn't even take 40 min to reach my house from that place but it's 12 january today and still the parcel it not out for delivery...
