I am a customer of HDFC Bank Ltd & they communicate us through BLUE DART cOURIER Via Nissan Courier, Nashik. Multiple times they messaged address is incorrect, though after giving a call they resume the proper service without asking address details. that means they know the address but dont want to give a service.
Last time i have complained through mails. they assured me to give a better service and they did for 1 month. But After some days the issue is in the same place. Even their customer care is worst nightmare from last 2 years.
