Bluedart — Haven't received my order and showing no such consignee is available at the given address

I have given proper address details and phone number but the delivery partner has not arrived at my address to deliver my order which I ordered from SKINKRAFT. It was said that the order will be delivered by today 26th of October, 22 by the Bluedart delivery company. I need my order by tomorrow. They also denied today's delivery as no such consignee is available at the given address.
