On 23rd March 2023, via waybill #[protected] I received a package. By mistake of the courier delivery person I ended up paying the amount of Rs. 10710/- twice through Google pay and PhonePe

Since then I have called your customer care about 10-15 times to enquire about the status of my refund. The delivery boy had said 48 hours, your customer care folks have given me misleading numbers like 48 hours, 3 days, 10 days, and 52 days. Nobody even bothers about my refund and keeps promising me to call back and process it ASAP. They also cannot connect me to any higher authorities to whom I can raise my concern about my refund. They gave me complain number # 902794 but never processed my refund by saying it is with the finance team. In this case, I feel cheated and I now consider this a fraud.
I will be filing a case with the local police station in the cyber crime cell and will also file a complaint in the consumer forum against your company.
Be rest assured that I will never again use the services of Bluedart and let everyone know in my social circle what cheaters you are.
