Bluedart — OTP not recieved

Recently I have been unable to receive two of my parcels shipped through BlueDart as I did not receive the OTP at the time of delivery. It’s not ea problem with my number as I have recieved other SMS’s and OTP’s from other companies. It’s only BlueDart’s OTP which doesn’t come through. Also there’s no option to contact BlueDart customer service as both numbers supplied at the website always show busy and there’s no response through the website message service.
