I shipped the courier on 20/10/2021, and the same was supposed to deliver on 28/10/2021, but it got delayed by two days. On receiving the shipment, it was damaged. I tried to reach customer care, but got no response till date. They are responding to any of the messages and calls.
I need insurance money for covering accidental damages.
