Bluedart — Product Delivery: AWB#[protected]

I had ordered a moisturizer from CRED which was assigned to be delivered by Bluedart.
The item has reached my city a week ago but its delivery is continuously being marked as "consignee not available" every single day.
I have personally rescheduled the delivery 3 times.
I have mailed the customer care helpline of the company and provided them my exact address, location and mobile number as well and they falsely promised to deliver the item but it's again been 2 days and again the same incident reoccurred and I haven't received my order yet.
