Bluedart — Worst service from Bluedart, not delivered even after 10 days

AWB - [protected]. Today afternoon I got the call from delivery person [protected], and he asked my address confirmation. I given all landmark and he promised to deliver by EOD or max tomorrow morning. But now I am surprising to see the message from Bluedart that its not deliverable because wrong address. Why you are just making fool to the customers and wasting our time. If you guys not able to delivery today thats fine delivery it tomorrow but dont put the wrong comments and status like I have given the wrong address. WORST SERVICE.

Hi Team,
Its more more than a week and I am waiting for me parcel. First of all I would like to say your service is becoming worst day by day. Since morning I am trying to contact customer care number, it was never ever reachable and always busy.
Yesterday morning I got the message that it will be deliver by today, and I also got the call from delivery person from number [protected]. He asked me the landmark, I have given all detail and He confirmed that he will deliver it by EOD or max tomorrow morning. EOD when I checked the status on BLUEDART its showing Landmark missing and location not found.
How is it possible ??? Its very much known place and hundrad of parcel I am getting on same address, then why you people updated address not found????? On top of that delivery boy already called me and taken the detail then why still not yet delivered ?? When I was trying to call back on the same number then no body answered.. Such a irresponsible behaviour.
I want the immediate solution for this and justification for wasting my time. Who was the delivery boy and why he called me and after taken the information why it was not deliverred and why he didnt respond back, why customer care always busy????
