Boat — About my invoice

My name is likith.
I have an ordered a boat product on 9th of this month .
Now its not working
I have an warrientry .
And i have submit my complaint .and i get my ticket ..no 3568709...
And my order id is 789490

Now the issue is...
When i have ordered i didnt receive any invioce slip.
... And now right now i have tried to get my invoice in boat app.
Their the result is..we didnt notice any thig right now...
Through the costumer service aslo i have tried ...they doesnt give a proper information...the cus.no [protected]...

I want my invoice. Right now
My order id 789490.
My ticket number is 3568709.

If the management dosent give a proper
Valid information...about my invoice..

I will book case at police satation
#complaint at police station...

I have proof also to prove dosent get the invoice...
