[Resolved] Boat — After repairing not received my boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset

Dear Sir,

I registered a Complain on 30th April 2020 for problem in my boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset .No sound is coming in one side of boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset. My complain no. is 1080146(Ticket no.). Pickup schedule on 5th May 2020, I have given my boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset.
When I check on line status its shows “WHHandover” on 28th May 2020 and customer care is not picking up phone.
After repairing I have not received my boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset till now & almost 2 Month complete, I have not received it yet.

You are requested, kindly do the needful action.

Updated by Bhavana8197 After posted complain, Boat customer support change status as "Replacement Product Issued" on 8th July'20, Till now my Product is still not dispatched.From Pickup schedule on 5th May 2020, it is almost 1.5 months.
You are requested to do the needful action.
