Boat — Airdopes 141 charging issue

Hey! I had bought airdopes 141 via Amazon on 25th of November 2021 and they were working great suddenly today they aren't charging I have attached the picture and the invoice hope you would look into this matter ASAP and i need a replacement for this one.
