      I have send my boat rockerzz 335 under warranty on 9 november. It got delivered to service centre on 16 november and they told me to repair that in 2 days.but nothing happened like that and i waited for one week.On 25 november i got a mail about getting me replaced product but i have not recieved anything. Also they are not giving any update and not responding to my mail...please help me

        Airdopes 141 charging issue

        Hey! I had bought airdopes 141 via Amazon on 25th of November 2021 and they were working great suddenly today they aren't charging I have attached the picture and the invoice hope you would look into this matter ASAP and i need a replacement for this one....

        I have already exchanged my Airdopes 381 Bold Blue with the same issue. I got the exchange against it, but once again the issue is the same case is not charging.

          Boat 131 airpod right side is not working.. no blink or light or sound is seen or heard

              I have purchased boat wireless headset from them but after some months i was faced battery issue for the same. Since boat provides 1 year warranty i registered complaint. They arrange pickup and collected the product for checkup. It was sent on may end but till now i haven't received the product back. I call many times to the boat customer care but the are not responding. And asking for acknowledgement of sending the product. I they arranged the pickup i dont have any acknowledgement.

                I have register Complaint of my boat rockerz 333 navy blue color on 8 november 2021
                on 10 november delivery boy have pick my order
                then on 1 december I got Parcel 9f boat and I unboxed that so I got boat rockerz 255 pro plus active black color
                and also I dont found invoice in parcel
                therefore I want the invoice or The boat rockerz 333
                so please please silve my problem ASAP
                In future any problem create How I solve so that complain file needs Invoice so Please provide me invoicr

                  I have requested for my boat 235v warranty replacement since it has not working properly in the month of october 9th still now I have not received any response from your service center end. Issue already escalated thru their website anf mail also sent but still there is no response. So kindly take necessary action and do the needful

                      Hey!, few days ago I have purchased a product which faulty and even I got exchanged buy, the exchanged product was faulty so I again exchanged it and again I got a faulty product, please I don't want this product now, please give me back my refund I have wasted whole month for this one product, please refund my money back!!

                        [0:10 pm, 01/12/2021] Pretty Mom: Dear Team,

                        This is to inform you that in march 2021 i have purchased a product of yours (bill attached) the eardopes had gone shapeless suddenly for which i went to Om sai telecom vashi Navi Mumbai.
                        There were 3 staff relaxing and denied to take the complaint. When i asked he refused and said STOP BUYING PRODUCT ONLINE WE DONT HAVE TIME TO RESOLVE YOUR COMPLAINT.
                        When i said that i tried calling call center there is no option of customer care executive so what should i do now?(proof attached)
                        Now what should a customer do???
                        Obviously i will stop ordering your product and will convey same to friends and colleagues.
                        But this is what your service is???
                        If you are not capable to resolve our problems with your product then shut your company as simple as that.

                        I am frustrated coz of Om sai telecom as they all are playing games sitting and not entertaining the clients.

                        I want call and take this product back replacement need to be done as its not physical damage.

                        PS I am sharing all the above in Google and consumer forum.

I was supposed to receive it the previous month on October but it’s been more than that prolonged period of time that I haven’t got anything or any such response from your end. So just confirm me that where’s my product that I was supposed to receive for which I have paid for.

                                I issued a replacement for my product Boat rockerZ 255 in the month of May 2021. As my product was within warranty period so I mailed to the boat company and got the reply that my defective product will be taken by a delivery man and then replacement will be issued.
                                The defective product was taken from me, and till now I haven't recieved my product. My ticket has also been closed saying that my product has been delivered . I mailed so many times but didn't got any reply.
                                I hope that now I can rely on this and my issue will be resolved. This was a really pathetic experience.

                                  I placed an order for boat 402 with the discount code flat15 on 10.11.2021 unfortunately the order did not get placed but the money was deducted from my account. after days of mailing and following up with the customer care I received a mail that gave the reference id and said that the refund is initiated and settled on 16.11.2021 though I received this mail on 23.11.2021, I have not received the refund yet, I kindly request them to refund the money .

                                      I received my BOAT STONE 850 today i.e 30th Nov, 2021 and I'm not satisfied with the product so i want to refund this product so I called their customer support team and a executive picked up the call and they did'nt resolved my issued and disconnected the call and behaved in a bad way.
                                      They are not refunding this product. How can I keep this product with me if I'm not satisfied with it's performance. Please help me.

                                      Please resolve my issue and give me a refund against this product.
