I have ordered airpod Boat Airdropes161 in Flipkart.Till last month, it was working properly but now sometimes earpods are not charging, over heating issue, Bluetooth connectivity problem also.So, I booked for warranty in your site.My ticket id is 45401651.Before handing over the product to the delivery partner, he checked the airpod nothing was damaged.But now the service centre has sent me a message that my airpod was damaged, so they didn't accept my warranty request and they rejected it.i don't know what happened to my airdropes whether the delivery person or Service centre might mishandled it and damaged my product.Fault is not my side, Because before handing over the product the delivery person checked it, but now how come it was damaged.you are not taking any action simply cheating me.so, i have lodged a complaint in consumer grievance cell.My docket number is 5728329.I need a replacement for my airpod or refund for the damaged airpod.
