Hi, bought rockerz 450 pro headphone. it's cracked during my normal use within 6 months. I know there is no warranty for physical damage. But it happened during my normal use and within 6 months. But they deny my warranty because of physical damage. My concern is that It should last for at least a year. There is a reason i bought rockerz 450 pro. I bought it for long lasting. I could also buy cheap headphones than this. Please do something about this.

    I'm really disappointed to see the boat Airdopes 131 I bought in Mid of June have already been showing defect in just three to five months of spans . Last time complained about the product not charging the buds were not working and got it replaced through online warranty claim but seriously they are so lethargic since the day I received the repaired product the buds were fine but the right earbud is not charging in the case they haven't replaced the case and now they are not even taking the warranty claims . It's been two months almost I'm trying to reach them each day but they seem to be really lazy seriously never buy a boat product it's just not worth the hype they have been receiving . I hope they reach out to me ASAP

      I am not able to register online complaint on BOAT official website.
      I have been trying to register a complaint for warranty claim for the last two weeks but some error occurs and I am told to try again tomorrow.
      I had purchased the product of BOAT company and it has one year warranty, only three months have passed now,
      BOAT Company's online warranty claim system is not working.

      Quality issue

      Boat rockers 450 pro Aqua Blue in colour has been broken due to bad manufacturing quality of the product, i have been using it from past 4-5 months and have cared for it a lot it has been broken without any external pressure applied on it or due to mishandling or misuse ; it has broken completely due to bad manufacturing quality of the product and i want the replacement of the product as soon as possible...

      Its 10 days still product not dispatched

      On[protected] I placed order for 2 smartwatch its 27th today and they still dont dispatch the product and they are even refuding to cancel the order. And moreover customer care agent keep replying same thing that you compalint has been escaleted and still issue is not resolved. If try to cancel from account it just says please try again later. These type of behavior is not accepted we consumer trust these companies and they dont even take...

      I have claimed warranty for my product as the blades of the product were not working properly and were in warranty period. The agent collected my product for exchange but after i received the product it had 3 blades missing. Help me as soon as possible by delivering my missing products.

        Boat smart watch - warranty claim issues

        I have applied for warranty claim on boat service...my issue on the watch is button not working... I've received an email that my watch has physical damage on screen...which has never been...these courier fellows might broke the watch while shipping ...atlast I'm the one who's on trouble .. my money on the product totally wasted...I'm not going further buying products on boat...my ticket number is 39043777.         I ordered the boat rockerz 255 pro black from the boat website on 26th August 2023 with prepayment and I got the delivery of product on 29th August 2023 but when I unbox the product it was a damaged product and immediately I put the request for the replacement and they assign the courier company Xpressbees to pick up my product but the courier company refused to pick up my damaged product as they said they got the image of non damaged product so I talk to the boat customer care and they assure me that they will replace my product but after some days they denied via email that they had delivered the right product and cannot replace my product .
        So I want you to please help me in replacing the product .

          I request warranty Claim against Boat Stone Grenade Speaker on 20th Sep. But did not receive any notifications yet. It shows that it will take only 2 days to solve any Request, but there are 4 days gone, and I did not receive any such responses. As I need this product in emergency, i here request for it.               I have bought this headphones on July and it has been just 2 months that the earbuds are not charging properly. The earbuds are not getting charged while the charging case is fully charged. Also the colour of the pogo pin got faded.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent order, #5325950, for the Airdopes 161 Pro, placed on September 1st, 2023.

                  Despite receiving confirmation emails on September 2nd that my order had been packed, I discovered upon opening the package on September 5th at 8:15 PM that it was EMPTY. There were NO AIRDOPES INSIDE, only the charging cable, warranty card, and stickers.

                  I have photographic evidence of the empty box and attempted to log in to the Boat website without success to raise a query.

                  I insist on an immediate response and swift resolution to this issue. I reported this problem within 12 hours of delivery, and I expect quick action. i demand a call back from your end by tomorrow

                  Failure to address this promptly will compel me to take further actions, including sharing my experience online and seeking assistance from consumer protection agencies.

                  I trust you will treat this matter with the urgency and attention it deserves.

                      I had ordered boat airdopes 131 on 15h august 2023 but they came defective. I filed for replacement and the defective product got picked up on 24th august 2023 . But till now I have not received the order yet and it's 12th day today . I have talked to the customer care service 3 times but theere has not been aby update ..I can't even track the product and I can't cancel it .. It's nearly one month since I placed my order ..

                        Right side of my airdope161 was not working so i claimed for warranty. They picked the product accepted claim, repaired, and delivered back but the product was not repaired so i have to send again but this time there was no update for 7 days. After 7 days says your product is damged and don't accept any claim. Ticket id 37799652

                          When I register warranty claim on the website I received e-mail from the team that our blue dart partner is pick up your product and inspection done.After some the courier partner arrived at my home and showing my product which was not physically damage and now when my product arrive at the company I got a email that product is physically damage and warranty claim is rejected .
                          I brought the speaker from Amazon and if it was damaged i would have returned the product back to Amazon and not use it for a month. Who knows if the boat company doesnt want to replace it and instead is now rejecting the claim because they dont want to replace the product. At the first place if the product is damaged then the courier company would not receive it.
                          Liers.. boat.. because of this u will loose the market and valueable customers also.
                          My ticket number is 37637474. Resolve this problem

                                Replacement of the defective product is not shipped after 48 hrs of verifying the defective product.
