    I purchased Boat Wave Flex Connect with 1.83HD display Bluetooth Calling Watch from Flipkart order Id-OD[protected] value Rs 1, 499.00dated 28/5/2023.
    It was delivered having Invoice Number FAGOPY[protected].
    After few days working its stop working properly .The sleeping sensor was not working.
    Complain No[protected] Dated 20/7/2023,[protected]
    12/08/2023,[protected]/08/2023,[protected]/09/2023,[protected]
    04/10/2023,[protected]/11/2023 raised today. Every time they returning the watch by saying its ok without resolving the issue . But after last complain no[protected] they are not recurring my watch by saying that w found suspicious activities. In fact they are not resolving the issue as wells not providing the replacement.
    Requesting many times but they are not responding also.
    Please help me for getting my watch or refund the amount

        The lock that holds the strap pin in the case just chipped off, I was wearing the watch when this happened luckily I was sitting so the watch did not drop down.
        Complaint # 40703745, then I called in to explain the problem as the watch is just 3 months old, the lady just kept saying sorry its a damage we can't replace she just refused to understand the issue.
        this is blatant robbery, its just pure theft, the plastic quality is very poor, as it just chipped of. (see the picture)
        there is no issue with the working of the watch. It's just the build quality of the plastic not strong enough.
        boAT has just chewed my money 1500/- SHAME.

          On 1st Oct 2023, the case got registered, on 4th the product was picked up from my location with an promise from Boat end that once the defective product reach its warehouse, after checking my replacement will be issued.

          On 12th Oct the defective product reached its ware house. I waited for few days and on 19th I called up the customer care number and received the response that I should wait for 24-48 Hours and I will receive an update.

          Today is 31st Oct and same thing is falling in loop and I am yet to hear from Boat about the status of my replacement product. Every time I call after 48 hours, I am again asked to wait for 48 hours as said to me that backend team working on the same.

          Who is this backend team and why I am not getting the replacement product. No one contacting me and letting me know the status of replacement product. They are cheating customer. Kindly let me know the status of my replacement asap

            This is the worst experience in online shopping ever. I ordered Combo offer-2 Units Of Boat Rockerz 255 Pro bluetooth headset on COD. But when I unboxed the product I was shocked. I received Pitbull Neo wireless headphones. Please do the needful to return this product and refund my money.

              I have raised complaint for my defective product under warranty, they picked up my product for warranty replacement on 03 Oct 2023 and after 07 oct 2023 there's no update from boat team, I reached out their social media platform (photos attached) several times also called customer care but every time, they said we have escalated your issues still my issue not resolved.
              Kindly refund my money or replace my product at earliest....

              Hello Boat,

              I have purchase a wave flex connect active black watch in last month. I have facing issue in charging and raise complaint against charging in boat vide ref no 39912717 boat has confirming me the charging is working fine and we are returning same product after 3 days i have received courier with Delhivery and i have received wrong product its a local dead watch and now my complaint has been closed and i am unable raise again the same complaint.

                PV claim rejected

                I have registered the warranty claim for two different products from boAt website for one product having the ticket number 40030581 is processed and replacement is done while the other product having ticket number 40032058 is rejected saying that the wrong item received but the item they are showing is not this product but the one which I sent along with this item.There is miscommunication and the two products and mistakenly interchanged...

                  My boat 161 pro remained on even after putting it in the charging case.Also right side was not properly worked and so that I've complained and requested for replacement.Courier agent picked up my product on 13 October in good condition.but after it reached boat service center, it gets damaged. I've send it in proper condition and without any damage, but during transit it was damaged.Now boAt company rejected my claim.Even there is no any mistake or damage from myside, I've suffered the loss.

                    I was brought Boat Airdopes 381 in October 2021 from Flipkart. Now it gives me many problems so, i went to the boats authoriesed service Centre r in hyderabd here is its Complete address :
                    LOTUS TECHNOLOGIES, 1St Floor, 5-9-88/4/A, Aak Complex, Fatehmaidan, Abids, Opp Klk Building, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500001.
                    They refused me for repairing my boats Airdopes 381 device. how can they refused to reapir? I am very frustraited because we spend thousands of rupees on it. so kindly help me

                      I have purachsed the said item by Amazon on 27 July 2023 having 02 year warrenty but after some days it stop working. Replace the product as it is under warrenty period.

                        Purchased date 25 Jul 2023 and since then right earpiece is not working and post sending to service center getting weird remarks as damaged product, working fine but no efforts seen on the product repair or replacement today again on 12 Oct received the ear piece in same condition called up service desk and they said according to reports of test carried they are working why would i keep complaining if it is working why don't u guys understand. i[censored]nable to resolve the issue please replace the product as it is BOAT repetition that the product was brought but the condition will now help me never to go for this product and also will encourage family and friends in boycotting the product in long run due to inadequate quality and service

                          Hi, bought rockerz 450 pro headphone. it's cracked during my normal use within 6 months. I know there is no warranty for physical damage. But it happened during my normal use and within 6 months. But they deny my warranty because of physical damage. My concern is that It should last for at least a year. There is a reason i bought rockerz 450 pro. I bought it for long lasting. I could also buy cheap headphones than this. Please do something about this.

                            I'm really disappointed to see the boat Airdopes 131 I bought in Mid of June have already been showing defect in just three to five months of spans . Last time complained about the product not charging the buds were not working and got it replaced through online warranty claim but seriously they are so lethargic since the day I received the repaired product the buds were fine but the right earbud is not charging in the case they haven't replaced the case and now they are not even taking the warranty claims . It's been two months almost I'm trying to reach them each day but they seem to be really lazy seriously never buy a boat product it's just not worth the hype they have been receiving . I hope they reach out to me ASAP

                              I have been trying to register a complaint for warranty claim for the last two weeks but some error occurs and I am told to try again tomorrow.
                              I had purchased the product of BOAT company and it has one year warranty, only three months have passed now,
                              BOAT Company's online warranty claim system is not working.

                              Boat rockers 450 pro Aqua Blue in colour has been broken due to bad manufacturing quality of the product, i have been using it from past 4-5 months and have cared for it a lot it has been broken without any external pressure applied on it or due to mishandling or misuse ; it has broken completely due to bad manufacturing quality of the product and i want the replacement of the product as soon as possible...

                              Its 10 days still product not dispatched

                              On[protected] I placed order for 2 smartwatch its 27th today and they still dont dispatch the product and they are even refuding to cancel the order. And moreover customer care agent keep replying same thing that you compalint has been escaleted and still issue is not resolved. If try to cancel from account it just says please try again later. These type of behavior is not accepted we consumer trust these companies and they dont even take...

                              I have claimed warranty for my product as the blades of the product were not working properly and were in warranty period.
