Boat — Boat airdopes 141 return/refund cannot be done by the boat company

I ordered boat airdopes 141 on 27th april 2023 and it god delivered to my address on 29th april 2023. After using for a while, the batter was getting drained so fast and there is some buzz noise comes while playing songs and now i decided to return my product but there is no option to return . I want to return and i would like to order a different model from boat or from anywhere, but right now i am unable to return the product. It's my moeny and i have the rights on it but this company policy of not initiating the refund and doing the return is not acceptable. I don't want any kind of replacements. I just want to get the refund but there is nothing to do.
