Hello Boat,

I have purchase a wave flex connect active black watch in last month. I have facing issue in charging and raise complaint against charging in boat vide ref no 39912717 boat has confirming me the charging is working fine and we are returning same product after 3 days i have received courier with Delhivery and i have received wrong product its a local dead watch and now my complaint has been closed and i am unable raise again the same complaint.

    I have ordered(prepaid) an earbuds from boat website on 28th December 2021 but the order was not dispatched only. I have contacted the customer care several times but till now I have neither received the product nor received the refund. Now I want my money back.

      My boat 161 pro remained on even after putting it in the charging case.Also right side was not properly worked and so that I've complained and requested for replacement.Courier agent picked up my product on 13 October in good condition.but after it reached boat service center, it gets damaged. I've send it in proper condition and without any damage, but during transit it was damaged.Now boAt company rejected my claim.Even there is no any mistake or damage from myside, I've suffered the loss.
      Please help me.

        I was brought Boat Airdopes 381 in October 2021 from Flipkart. Now it gives me many problems so, i went to the boats authoriesed service Centre r in hyderabd here is its Complete address :
        LOTUS TECHNOLOGIES, 1St Floor, 5-9-88/4/A, Aak Complex, Fatehmaidan, Abids, Opp Klk Building, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500001.
        They refused me for repairing my boats Airdopes 381 device. how can they refused to reapir? I am very frustraited because we spend thousands of rupees on it. so kindly help me

          I have purachsed the said item by Amazon on 27 July 2023 having 02 year warrenty but after some days it stop working. Replace the product as it is under warrenty period.

            Purchased date 25 Jul 2023 and since then right earpiece is not working and post sending to service center getting weird remarks as damaged product, working fine but no efforts seen on the product repair or replacement today again on 12 Oct received the ear piece in same condition called up service desk and they said according to reports of test carried they are working why would i keep complaining if it is working why don't u guys understand. i[censored]nable to resolve the issue please replace the product as it is BOAT repetition that the product was brought but the condition will now help me never to go for this product and also will encourage family and friends in boycotting the product in long run due to inadequate quality and service

              Hi, bought rockerz 450 pro headphone. it's cracked during my normal use within 6 months. I know there is no warranty for physical damage. But it happened during my normal use and within 6 months. But they deny my warranty because of physical damage. My concern is that It should last for at least a year. There is a reason i bought rockerz 450 pro. I bought it for long lasting. I could also buy cheap headphones than this. Please do something about this.

                I'm really disappointed to see the boat Airdopes 131 I bought in Mid of June have already been showing defect in just three to five months of spans . Last time complained about the product not charging the buds were not working and got it replaced through online warranty claim but seriously they are so lethargic since the day I received the repaired product the buds were fine but the right earbud is not charging in the case they haven't replaced the case and now they are not even taking the warranty claims . It's been two months almost I'm trying to reach them each day but they seem to be really lazy seriously never buy a boat product it's just not worth the hype they have been receiving . I hope they reach out to me ASAP

                    I ordered the boat rockerz 255 pro black from the boat website on 26th August 2023 with prepayment and I got the delivery of product on 29th August 2023 but when I unbox the product it was a damaged product and immediately I put the request for the replacement and they assign the courier company Xpressbees to pick up my product but the courier company refused to pick up my damaged product as they said they got the image of non damaged product so I talk to the boat customer care and they assure me that they will replace my product but after some days they denied via email that they had delivered the right product and cannot replace my product .
                    So I want you to please help me in replacing the product .

                      I request warranty Claim against Boat Stone Grenade Speaker on 20th Sep. But did not receive any notifications yet.                           I have bought this headphones on July and it has been just 2 months that the earbuds are not charging properly. The earbuds are not getting charged while the charging case is fully charged. Also the colour of the pogo pin got faded.

                              I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent order, #5325950, for the Airdopes 161 Pro, placed on September 1st, 2023.

                              Despite receiving confirmation emails on September 2nd that my order had been packed, I discovered upon opening the package on September 5th at 8:15 PM that it was EMPTY. There were NO AIRDOPES INSIDE, only the charging cable, warranty card, and stickers.

                              I have photographic evidence of the empty box and attempted to log in to the Boat website without success to raise a query.

                              I insist on an immediate response and swift resolution to this issue. I reported this problem within 12 hours of delivery, and I expect quick action. i demand a call back from your end by tomorrow

                              Failure to address this promptly will compel me to take further actions, including sharing my experience online and seeking assistance from consumer protection agencies.

                              I trust you will treat this matter with the urgency and attention it deserves.

But till now I have not received the order yet and it's 12th day today . They picked the product accepted claim, repaired, and delivered back but the product was not repaired so i have to send again but this time there was no update for 7 days.                                       When I register warranty claim on the website I received e-mail from the team that our blue dart partner is pick up your product and inspection done.After some the courier partner arrived at my home and showing my product which was not physically damage and now when my product arrive at the company I got a email that product is physically damage and warranty claim is rejected .
                                      I brought the speaker from Amazon and if it was damaged i would have returned the product back to Amazon and not use it for a month. Who knows if the boat company doesnt want to replace it and instead is now rejecting the claim because they dont want to replace the product. At the first place if the product is damaged then the courier company would not receive it.
                                      Liers.. boat.. because of this u will loose the market and valueable customers also.
                                      My ticket number is 37637474. Resolve this problem
