I was order BOAT Airdopes 121 v2 Wireless Earbuds Pink from www.boat-lifestyle.com website but I received from SHOPIFY product next day and product old condition and I have raised exchange request than it is again gave me product from another website and current Return Window Closed in order status. I do request contact boat customer but still i am getting any sensible replay from care.

Request you to please help on this matter to refund my money.

    I have raised an query regarding this on 27 of march and there is no update on it.They say customers wait for 24-48 hrs.Even their courier partner dont even call us and just rejects the package.I have even sent it for chrcking they rejected my qc claim.When i upload for the third time they are saying to wait for 120days.
    But after 120 days my warranty gets over!!
    What should i do!!
    Lets hope for the best!

      I have already raised this issue on the same day to the customer care executive by phone and by mail. I have been following regularly with them for the past one month. We have exchanged more than 30 mails. They are just replying saying we want 7 to 10 days time to check the details. Still the issue is not resolved.

        Boat airdopes 141 return/refund cannot be done by the boat company

        I ordered boat airdopes 141 on 27th april 2023 and it god delivered to my address on 29th april 2023. After using for a while, the batter was getting drained so fast and there is some buzz noise comes while playing songs and now i decided to return my product but there is no option to return .           We have ordered boAt air dopes 141 8 nos. They have supplied 5 nos.
          on 23rd April 23, unfortunately, I was out of the station and yesterday morning returned I checked and found that there are 5 nos. I have emailed
          them regarding the short supply, and they have replied that it is already 48 hours so we can't do anything. They are cheating the people in this way.
          Please return the amount or please supply rest 3nos. urgently, otherwise
          necessary action should be taken against this fraud activities

              I claimed warranty on my product and it was in perfect condition when I handed it over to the courier partner and I also confirm from the courier partner he said that it was in perfect condition and from the boat side a mail came to me and it was written that the your product was physically damaged. I need a new product as I need a replacement as my product was perfect.

                    My Boat Rockerz 261 issue is on off butter and my product is under warranty. 20 April 2023 complaint to replacement to Boat Service Centre at Goregaon West. Complaint was Accepted and I have a Ticket No and same day received mail by Boat. your product was accepted and kwon for Dispatch to 24 Hour to 48 Hour. today is 26 April 2023 but I have not any update of my products and whenever you talk to customer care, you give only one answer and you wait same thing in mail our backed team is actively investigating your issue.
                    I have some flaws in these, due to which customer like us have problem

                      11 month back i buy boat 141 ear pods using after i facing the issue one side not working and apply for replacement and got it after 3 months of recieving the new product same issue arise and that also got replaced and at that time the service person in my city told we facing more than 10 complaints in this model per week, now the same issue arise and warranty is going the ended witin 15 days and i want my replacement immediately and if the same issue arise means i will be not leave the issue very simple manner . Model number boat Airdopes 141 .

                          I have received the wrong Product .
                          i had claimed warranty for Boat Rockerz 333 Anc and i received a watch instead.
                          Ticket id[protected]
                          But i had given my Boat rockerz 333 anc to the delivery partner then how its showing that i had given watch. I asked delivery partner for POD but he said that it get deleted within 1 day. I have my invoice of the product i.e Boat Rockerz 333 ANC.its really frustrating that i asked for product replacement and boat even dont provide proper replacement of the product. Its company responsibility to be aware about customer product that it will not get changed with someone else. They are saying that i have given wrong product.

                              Hey,
                              I have purchased BoAt airdopes 381 from BoAt website on 29 March and Order got delivered on 1 April, product was having overheating issue and sound cracking issue, so on 6 April i was trying to replace this product with 7 days return policy on BoAt website, but i was getting error while placing return request, so i mailed customer care for same, so after waiting for 10 days on 17 April i got a callback from your team and they told me to claim warranty and they assure me that i will be getting fresh product seal pack because i have notified customer care within 7 days of return policy given by company .

                              Ultimately issue is from BoAt side as the website has some issues while placing return request in 7 day return window period. So customer assured me a fresh piece as i have already highlighted this issue via mail when my return window was open .

                              So i have accepted customer request and claimed my warranty and my product got picked, but today on 22 april my product got delivered and the product which i received is used, having lots of scratchs and not a fresh piece or seal pack as assured by customer care .

                              I have unboxing video also, now further im taking this case to consumer forum and will serve legal notice soon.

                              I want a callback from your team on high priority .

                              I want a new fresh product as per your company policy of 7 days return,
                              Because error was from your website side, its not my lookout i have highlighted my issue to customer care via mail when my return period was open, order was delivered on 1 April and i have mailed this issue on 6 April so it was 6th day and return period contains 7 days .

                              Get this issue resolved asap, and dispatch a fresh unit as stated in companies policy .

                                I am writing this to let you know that my Boat order has been delayed for 6 days from the initial ETA. I was supposed to receive my order today on the 20th of April, as shown on the product page which showed out for delivery in the morning. During the day, I didn't hear anything about my delivery. After checking the order tracking page later, it shows that the customer number could not be contacted, and delivery could not be done, when in fact I am 100% sure that no attempt was made to contact me regarding my order. This is very disappointing for me as I have been using boat products for a long time, and such poor service lowers my expectations from the company. Please see to this situation and kindly pay more attention to improving your delivery services. Thank you.

                                P.S. It would even be helpful if I was given any contact information of the delivery agent or any number to call to enquire about my order, however, since none of the above is given, I am currently left in the dark.

                                  Boat help desk and and delivery partner are pathetic. I had ordered headphones on 11 April and the product should have been delivered by 17th. It's 3 days passed from the due date and the product is not delivered yet. I had raised complaint on 18th complaint number: 32227173. None from boat and reached out to me yet. Today on 20 th morning i had received call from delivery team and was told the product will be delivered. Around 5Pm ajent calls me and says that the product cannot be delivered even i had informed delivery ajent that I would come 1km forward and i can collect the product still delivery partner has not delivered the product and without contacting me fake message was sent to me saying my number was not reachable. As soon as i received the text i had called the delivery guy contact number and the calls were ignored. Very dissatisfied with Boat service.
