i bought a rockerz 333 anc bluetooth neckband directly from website, after 4 days of delivery i found some issue like mic and battery backup issue then i register replacement on website, after 2 days bluedart agent came to my home and after proper inspection of product, cable and all things attched in boat parcel box, he recieved that product, after 1 week i got whatsapp msg that my replacement was rejected due to wrong item and they share me any airpod images, after that i called that agent of bluedart and asked about the item change, he said they packed same product which i have given him, after lots of call custmore call and complaint bluedart share me the image which they packed and sent to boat ware house.
after many complaint and call to boat customer care they still saying we cant do any thing u just talk to bluedart, why i talk to bluedart, its boats problem, bluedart given the evidance, boat employes are fraud, they changed my product..
im totally frustrated with boat and their response..

I gave my watch for replacement because there was a issue in "Weather" option in my watch. But some one changed my watch and given another watch in boAt company service center. We have filed many complaints about it in July 12, 2022 but till now it is not resolved. My parents gifted it to me on my birthday. The order id was [protected][protected] and ticket no. was 21991301.

Please help me.

2days boat primia watch not reglular work

I have Ordered Boat Airdopes 141 for Rupees '999' on 14th December 2022 and Paid for it through Paytm but due to some negative reviews I cancelled it immediately but Not Got My Refund Till Now. I contacted More Than 20 times to boat help centre but they do not resolve my issue and always give new new dates. I haven't thought that such a reputed company Boat will do such scam with me, I trusted Boat but they Betrayed me. Lost The Hope From Boat, Sorry Aman Gupta, Your Boat Company Has Fraudsters.

The purpose of awailing warranty is either to repair or replace if you are shipping the same product then what is the use

Hi i have ordered 2 airddopes one blue and black i have received only black and not received the blue airdopes please even i have shared the bills and vedio on the boat email id but not getting resolved over 2 months no response from the boat team side just they are delaying

I had charging issues in the airdope 131 i bought from boAt. I proceeded to claim warranty and gave the product to delivery partner and now after some days I tracked my waranty ticket and got my claim has been rejected due to product damaged. I am sure the product wasn't damaged when I gave to the delivery patner for warranty process shipment. I need a replacement for the product. I don't want the damaged product as return ( which may be damaged during the process of shipment or service fulfilment centre ) .

4170006EX1 I am orderd boat 181 Airdopes it's delivered 13feb 2023 this product used product and lot of scratches so i am requesting replacement they approved and again initiate pickup and delivered exchange 1 product on feb18 2023 this exchange product also used product and not working again I am calling customer service they say I will escalate this and wait for 48 hours and I am attached also photos o[censored]sed product and unboxing video also still they say we escalate wait already 6 days completed still no resolution multiple times called and mailed also no response

I have not received my order from boat and i have tracked my order but it is saying invalid tarcking I'd and i have paid Rs 983 and i wat the refund of my money
