[Resolved]  Boat — boat bassheads 100 in-ear headphones with mic (black) stopped working.

I have purchased boat bassheads 100 in-ear headphones with mic (Black) on 2nd may 2019 through amazon, which has 1-year warranty. But now these earphones stopped working and also show the sound issue from the last few days. These earphones give the very bad quality of sound which is understandable to me or another person. Kindly reair these or replace these. Thank you. I hope you will take the necessary action as soon as possible.
