My bluetooth headset started creating within unexpectedly less time. Initially it seems to be good. I liked the products sound and battery backup both. But now it's right bud have stopped working. On checking remarks about product i found that right bud is more vulnerable to damage because of presence of controllers. Company must work on the manufacturing.
I have been disappointed by the inferior quality of product. I hope, boat will provide me better experience in the process of availing it's warranty and i will get the replaced bluetooth within least time possible.

I have ordered baot earphone from boat website...then my page was redirected to razorpay page through which I paid 399 rupees as amount was given .razorpay send us an email mentioning that we have paid bt nothing from boat company...they didn't even send anything about the order of product.I ordered the product on 2 December 2019
I got boat stone 200 in Amazon online shoping on 15 oct 2019. But the device is not charging from 25 nov 2019. I need to resolve this problem.
I have bought one headphone whose charging plug got inserted inside the headphone please help me out regarding that

    The payment of my order is done but bill or order confirmation mail is still not received,
    Date of incident: 02/12/2019

    I didn't receive any kind of confirmation email from the boat or ndsl. I contacted razorpay and they are saying that money is deducted so any further process or refund be initiated only by merchant ndsl or boat.

    I have bought boat rockerz 255 wireless headset 4months back and from few days left ear bud stopped working. As it has 1 year warranty iam expecting a new headset.

              According to xpressbess my product already shipped mumbai boat branch at 30/10/2019. But i called customer care they always told to me your complaint is pending. I have some proof i can attach.

                My defective product was picked up on 8th of november it is showing replacement issued on 18th of november it is 29 today still not dispatched when contact costumer care they asked me to wait for 2 days with patience i waited and then tried calling the team again after two days. It is really hard to get in touch with this people after a long wait of 30 mins this aldy answered the call and asked for ticket number i asked her to wait for a minute this lady disconnected the call and i was so pissed off and the lady lady told me that the ocean blue color is not available (225 ocean blue) as it is a limited version. Even i agreed for red or black which ever is available she promised that it will be shipped by 4:30 in the evening on 28th 2019 still no update. It is only 3 months since i purchased this item. Solve it at the earliest. My ticket number 757047

                  I have tried on boat coustmer care to raise complaint that my head phone not working but i am not able to raise complaint in site and when i tried to contact customer care the person cut my call in two times and my head set has warrenty now and i need a solution for it. I cant understand how irresponsible when one customer called customer care and they cut the call with out any confirmation its totally unfair. I need solution for this

                    My name is najish sayyed and i had buyed boat basshead 225 and after 8 month's one side of it stops working so i claimed warranty of it and after my reverse pick up i tried to talk customer care executive and then i came to know that boat customer service is very low it took about 10-15min just to talk with customer care executive, i literally trust on boat accesorios its very good but their service is not good as compare to other company's...

                        but after 4 days i did not received any mail and message regarding that.

                        with my ticket no.744813 and there on 18 replacement request issued, now today is 26, but i did not receive any mail and even i mailed them just to clarify me either they are working on it or not but nobody response.
                        now from 15 until 26 almost 12 days but i dont know what is the status of my ticket.

                            . I think boat company is a fraud company. I purchased a boat rockerz 255f bluetooth earphone. Every 2nd month one side speaker is not working properly. I complaint fir repair or replacement. They sent me lower model wired earphone. I have oneplus 7 phone which doesn't have any slot for round pin earphone. So please resolve my problem otherwise i will filed a case in consumer court against you. And you will pay me more then this earphone price. Very poor customer service. No one pick my phone.

                            I ordered a boat bassheads 225 and paid the amount but order has not been placed my bank is saying that we have credited the amount to the marchant bank and contact eith the marchant buti tried to call boat customer care so many times but no help, boat service centre is not picking the call no response please help what i can do for this issue
                            My headphones are functioning on one side only. I brought the product in Jan 2019. I request for replacement.

                              It's such annoying that a product doesn't work within one month of purchase. I am able to hear calls but no noise cancellation. No music audio being played through airdopes 311v2. Just mere waste of money. You have cheated on us by selling local or duplicate product. I need refund. I am handset as i don't have any other option... So basically i have severe issue with boat product now and don't want to be recommended any way at any cost. I used to buy earlier lot of boat products but seems the service and products doesn't last long.

                              They may be branding and huge well known actors but should not be branded at all.

                                    My ticket # 753515 raised on 8th november.

                                    Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 14th november after that didn't get any update. I am mailed them several time, but no responses from them. Customer care phone number is always not reachable.

                                    The product was collected from me on 11th november and the service center received on 13th of november, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 14th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement.

                                    Request you to look into it.
