I have bought boAT Bluetooth Airdopes 441 Pro from Amazon in the last week of May 2021. Since from the day 1 I received the product, it keeps getting disconnected and reconnecting for every 2-3 minutes. Since, it was lockdown when I received the faulty product, I couldn't able to connect to Customer Care as well. After lift up of lockdown, I tried contacting their customer service center in Begumpet, Secunderabad over phone and they asked me to call back after one week since they dont have stock to replace the product, it repeated for 2 weeks. Then I directly walked in to their service center and they said, I have to visit their service center in Ramanthapur, Hyderabad to get the replacement of this particular product. Same day, I visited Sujana Telecom Services (Authorised service center for boAT) and raised a complaint for replacement by paying the shipping charges (the service/response of personnel at service center is pathetic). After one week I received the replacement product which was used one and with same problem (not sure if they have sent me back the same product).
After getting the replacement (the faulty product), I tried contacting their customer care on [protected] (which never connects most of the time), no proper response from them or they simply say that send an email to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com. I have sent multiple emails as per their request, but I did not even got a reply mail till date (more than a week now since last email).
I request you to please help me in getting a replacement with working product or get my money refund.
