Boat — BoAt customer service is much better than before

I’m happy with how fast boAt handled my warranty claim this time. I bought this boAt Storm Infinity, this year. The mic was not working properly, it had some glitch, so I raised a request through their website. Within a day, they arranged a pickup from my home, and in less than a week I had the replacement. The watch is really good with a 15-day battery, Bluetooth calling, IP68 rating, and detailed health tracking. The packaging looked premium when it arrived.
Back in 2022, my service experience with boAt was very slow and frustrating, so I was worried at first. But this time the process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. It felt like a huge improvement.
