I had a battery drain problem in my boAt Storm RTL Watch. Warranty claim karne ke liye I mailed them, and they asked for a small clip to verify the issue. I just recorded how the battery was dropping super fast even when I wasn’t using anything heavy. Next day hi confirmation mail aa gaya. Within 10 days, I got a new replacement with the same colour strap. I had heard ki logon ko refurbished watch milti hai, but mine was totally brand new....

I got the boat Airdopes Plus 311 from their official site back in March. Everything was fine for a few months and then the right earbud suddenly stopped charging. I ordered a boat airpodes 181 pro wired headset from boat official website. Also paid the amount through SUPERMONEY and transaction was successfull but I didn't get an reply or message from email or SMS. I have the order ID in SUPERMONEY transaction slip but when I placed that order ID number in the "track my order" in boat website it is showing as no order is placed .

My boAt headphones started giving mic issues after a few months. People on calls kept saying my voice was too low or breaking, and I thought the product had glitch. My boAt Stone speaker was not charging properly and I thought the battery had gone weak. I called customer support and kept telling them it must be a battery issue. They asked me to try with another cable once. I didn’t listen at first but later I tried and it worked. I got boAt Airdopes Supreme last year and just paired them straight to my phone. The appearance is very good and looks classy. But whenever I played songs, they kept pausing on their own, even with a slight touch on the bud.I thought it was some defect. I ordered boAt Lunar Vista from boAt official website last year. I liked it lookwise and features were also nice. But its heart rate sensor seemed faulty when I used it during my workout. I have bought boAt 2025 launch Airdops plus 311 through amazon on 2 september and it was delivered on 5 september. Those were working fine two weeks but after that left piece of airpods stopped working. I have tried everything to make them work but it is still not working. I want boAt company to replace them as soon as possible or fix them. From amazon it was sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd. The problem is for both airpods not one....
