They planned and played a very good corporate game with this issue...
After escalating this issue in consumer forums, I repeatedly asked for the refund after testing the product. But what they said is shocked, They said that they have tested the product and testing was passed(Display was not there) and returning the product back to my address.
After seen this email i told that I can't accept this package just return and refund, they refused and forced me to accept the parcel. For my safety purpose i was taken a video while unboxing, while opening i was shocked the product was now damaged... Without testing they returned me the same display issue product also they damaged the product.
1) Provided fake report and forcing me to accept the product.
2) Now they are going to refuse the replacement request. NOTE: If the product is in damaged condition none of the company will accept the return request.
Fake testing report attached for your reference... In the report itself we can see the product has been damaged.

Updated by Venky_Yknev They are not resolving my issue, Sharing fake reports, Sending damaged products to my home address, and sharing many T&Cs to escape from the issue.
