Bass headset 100 black left headset stopped working, product bought on 22nd May 2025, logged a complaint on 12th Aug to claim warranty upon ticket id[protected]. It got closed based on a false statement that there was a invoice date mismatch, clarified with the customer support team found it was their system glitch and they will resolve it in 24-48hours however it has been more than 10days and no call received from the escalation team, Have been following up with them and every time I am asked to wait for 24-48hours. I have also highlighted about their pathetic customer service support on social media but no response received.
