I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent issue I am experiencing with boAt TWS Airdopes 441 RTL Wireless Earbuds I purchased from boAt.
One year back, I purchased one Wireless Earbuds, which I have been using for both personal and professional purposes. However, I regret to inform you that I am encountering significant issues with the headset. Specifically, the charging case is not working properly and the charging functionality...

I am writing to follow up on my previous complaint regarding the empty product delivery I received on March 1, 2024. Upon opening the delivery box, I was dismayed to find it completely empty. As per our correspondence, I promptly raised this issue through email, providing photographic evidence of the empty box as requested.

Despite assurances of resolving the matter within 10 days, I regret to inform you that the problem remains unresolved as of today, March 15, 2024. This delay has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss, amounting to Rs. 899.

Attached to this email, you will find further evidence in the form of photos and a video recording of the box opening, clearly depicting its emptiness upon arrival. I urge you to expedite the resolution process and ensure that I receive either a refund of my money or the product I originally ordered.

I trust that you will take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide me with the appropriate compensation.

      Myself ordered smart watch primia on February 13, 2024 in official website. Received different product instead of watch primia on February 17, 2024.A different product replacement was ordered on February 20, 2024, and on February 26, 2024, the replacement was delivered. Same issue, I got a different product, Try to contact customer care services but they saying your parcel has no intact, so we can't help you. I am saying the parcel delivery was good and no damage. But inside the box they delivery has different products not watch primia. I have proof o[censored]npacking. I request a refund or correct product that I have ordered watch primia and an explanation for the mismatch between the watch Primia and another product.

        The Boat team has rejected my claim because of ear net damaged. The product wasn't damaged when I gave it to the delivery partner for warranty process shipment. I need a replacement for the product. I don't want the damaged product in return (which may be damaged during the process of shipment or service fulfilment center). Please, I can't afford a new one. Kindly look over the issue and replace the product with a new one.

          I bought Airdopes 131 black color Also i have bill with that.
          Still it's in warranty. Last few days one of its buds stop working.
          Retailer suggested me to go to service center But Service center didn't entertain me by saying NO

              Order id : 6150545.I ordered 8th feb reached hyderabad 11th feb it is delivered to me 13 feb. i received the empty box.within minutes opened it, in that box there is no airdopes.empty box in the package.i sended images to boat officials no resolution took the place....

                Warranty breached

                I purchased a BoAt airdopes 161 pro celestial blue color from BoAt's official website, but the product had technical issues and I claimed the warranty of the product for the replacement or repair of the same. The product was picked up by the courier agent and I received a confirmation that the claim has been accepted and I will receive a replacement of the product.                 I ordered 22nd january 25 it is reached hyderabad delivery center today 29 january i received the empty box.within 5 minutes i opened it in that box there is no watch empty box in the package.i sended images to boat official email.

                  I have purchased Boar Airdopes 181 online, as they were not working properly, i have raised a complaint and they have been replaced by other set of airdopes. But upon by several efforts they are not working properly, I have found that the replaced product is a spoilt one. I has several problems like connectivity, charging etc. Therefore, i am to request you to kindly look into the issue and help in solving the problem.

                    Issue with boat earbuds

                    Hi Team,

                    I bought Bluetooth boat air dopes atom 81 white pearl on 23 April 2023 and within 2 months the earbuds stopped working then I claimed for warranty and replaced by boat after 2 months then again same issue both earbuds not working.
                    pls try to replace my product as soon as possible.

                    I purchased a new Boat Airdopes 161 (USN No. XWZJ7380053, Part No.[protected], HSN code[protected] on 15 May 2023. In October, it stopped working on its own and I did not drop it or there hasn't been any case of rough use. But still now when I'm trying to replace the product as it is in warranty period, Boat says that damage is not included in warranty and they are not replacing my product.
                    I know for a fact that Boat products are from China, because of that their earphones don't work well after few months but they don't accept that the product was itself bad and don't want to replace it.

                            I have ordered a product on 24th dec 2023 and it was supposed yo be delivered yesterday but I got email that your product is not delivered because no one was available at given address but I was there the seller didn't even CONTACT me or neither he come to my place and the CONTACT no. Of the seller is also not reachable since yesterday and today it happened the same the delivery is delayed today and the seller no. Is not working so I called seller WhatsApp no. He said that you might have got wrong no. And name . Please do something about it cause I want my ### order asap!

                              I was purchased Boat Flash Plus - Active black on September 2nd and it takes 4-5 business days to deliver.

                              - Within a week the product got damaged (Display issue) raised a complaint immediately and waited for their response. Pickup done after 5 Business days and Testing team tested this useless product for more than 3 days finally they sent the replacement after 10days (Oct 2nd week received).

                              - Again I'm facing the same problem (Display issue) in the replacement product. Escalated and the courier pickup was done after 10 days. Now have to wait for the testing update and again they are saying it will take 14 days to process.

                              I don't want to wait for this useless product. Just need the refund. Even if you send the replacement product it won't last for a week, again I have to escalate wait for a month for the replacement. On this edition there is a Bug inform your R&D to check and stop this product. Don't play with the customers. 1700rs is not a small amount for me.

                              Teat the product and process the refund in my original payment mode. Do not say again (we do not provide refunds as per company policy). If this is not resolved I'll step-up to the next level.

                              Me again the customer of this complaint...

                              They planned and played a very good corporate game with this issue...

                              After escalating this issue in consumer forums, I repeatedly asked for the refund after testing the product. But what they said is shocked, They said that they have tested the product and testing was passed(Display was not there) and returning the product back to my address.

                              After seen this email i told that I can't accept this package just return and refund, they refused and forced me to accept the parcel. For my safety purpose i was taken a video while unboxing, while opening i was shocked the product was now damaged... Without testing they returned me the same display issue product also they damaged the product.

                              1) Provided fake report and forcing me to accept the product.
                              2) Now they are going to refuse the replacement request. NOTE: If the product is in damaged condition none of the company will accept the return request.

                              Fake testing report attached for your reference... In the report itself we can see the product has been damaged.

                                Some days ago, I requested a warranty claim from boat for my smartwatch...The warranty was rejected, but when the product was returned to me, it was physically damaged...I contacted the customer care and they said that the product will get recieved from me back and they will check it...After some days, the delivery boy came to inspect my product he inspected it and he just packed it...But when the product reached the boat facility, they wrote to me that they recieved an empty box instead of the product, and they sent me a pdf in which there was a picture of that box(I am sending you that pdf), but that box was damaged and I immediately contacted again to the customer care and also the delivery boy, and found the both saying that we cannot help you...And that's the scam I faced...
