Boat — BoAt eardopes plus 311

I have bought boAt 2025 launch Airdops plus 311 through amazon on 2 september and it was delivered on 5 september. Those were working fine two weeks but after that left piece of airpods stopped working. I have tried everything to make them work but it is still not working. I want boAt company to replace them as soon as possible or fix them. From amazon it was sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd. The problem is for both airpods not one.
