Boat — boat rockerz 255 - not getting any solutions from customer support & my product is shipped from my side but no idea where my product is currently. | |||
On[protected], i had purchased boat rockerz 255 (Active black) bluetooth earphones. Since 25 days, one side of earphone was not working and my product is in warranty, so i filed a complaint with boat customer support. I sent them my product invoice but they said the warranty expired even though it is not. It's been less than year. I mailed them for re-verification and they said to expect a reply within 2 days but got no reply yet. Also, my product has been shipped with xpressbees for servicing on[protected] but no idea about where the product is currently. I want a replacement for the product. Otherwise a refund for the product. Very less time is remaining for warranty expiration, hoping to receive help from your side. I have provided some details & attached some screenshots of mails, shipping status, and invoice/bill.
