I made a replacement boat speaker which modal name is boat stone 1000 on 30/07/20 and last status shown on ticket number - 1350330 that "replacement product issued" on 07/08/20, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. Please help me my ticket no 1350330. I am facing lots of problem...
