I had applied for a replacement of my boat rugby speakers on 13 march 2020 before lockdown and it was well approved by boat too. But after that i have got no information as to when will they ship my replacement product as i have already gave them my defected piece. Earlier atleast their customer service used topick up the call and give me false promises but not not even their customer service picks up the phone. I feel very much cheated as it has been 7 months and boat has given me neither information about my product neither sent the replacement.
My complaint id was 1009511.

Still no reply from Boat..such an adamant, non customer friendly company. Doing fraud with me since 6 months. Terrible

    Raised a complaint on 16th july 2020 product pickup was scheduled on 21st july. My replacement product was issued on 4th august. It took a month for boat to dispatch my product through expressbees. Tried to track my order through expressbees but they told me the product is still with boat and the yracking number is bogus. Tried to contact boat several times but their customer care number dosent work. Sent boat many mails regarding the same but received no response.

          This to to bring to light that the boat customer support has delayed the replacement of my headset for more than a month, and have send a sms stating that replacement is done please give feedback. I have sent multiple emails to get a resolution, then on sept 2nd 2020 i was notified that the issue has been to escalated to the concerned team. I have received no communication whatsoever.

                I have registered a complaint for my boat bassheads 225 headphone, its one side was not working. My ticket number is 1260753. They picked up my product on 9th of July and its reached to the seller on 14th of July. Seller checked the product and replacement of my product was issued on 14th July. Since 14th of August till today 12th of September, it's still not dispatched. I have called them on 5th of September they said the address of my delivery is not in there deliverable location, So I emailed them my change address. But still they didn't dispatch my product.
                Please help.

                  I have complained earlier and got a mail from you that they will contact me but they never did. I had made a complaint on boat portal regarding one side of the boat bassheads 100. After that, a delivery guy came to get earphones and i was given a waybill no. :[protected] to track the product. Once it reached mumbai i wasn't contacted by customer care. I tried calling them but their contact no. Is not reachable. I should have received my product in mid-august. Please contact them as they are not responding to emails too.

                      I raised a complaint (Ticket no. 1208737) on 22nd june 2020 when my boat bassheads 100 earphones stopped working. They picked up my earphones on 29th june 2020 via delhivery (Courier service) tracking number :[protected]. Since then i haven't heard back and haven't received my earphones either.

                        My boat headohines charging cable was not working so i registered a comolaint to the onine site then few days later my product was picked however i have reiceved no replacement yet any message.its been mkre than 30days cant contact the customers service their call is busy.please provide help regarding this its been more than 1 month my ticket number is 1353656

                              My airdopes have a low volume on the right side and also I'm having battery problem.
                              So I gave my boat airdopes (earphones) to the company for service..but still now I'm not getting any information about it .
                              I mailed them about this query also and also I'm not able to contact them.
                              Please check this and help me to get my airdopes soon repaired .

                                I have ordered a boat wireless tws 441 pricing 2499 from official website of boat but after week they cancelled it for unavailability but till after three months they don't refund me my amount of 2499/- Rs and I think they do online fraud with me Iam having all the documents related to this and now I want to file a civil suite for online payment fraud by boat.

                                  My boat wireless bluetooth rockerz 225 model which was purchased on 13th oct 2019, is not working properly. So i have returned the product on 9th of april 2020. Till now i haven't received my product. I have mailed, made calls to customer care but it doesn't make any response.
