Few weeks back i registered a complaint at boat support website and a person came and took the product for replacement. After that whenever i try to track the replacement it shows invalid ticket number whereas the tickn number given is absolutely correct or sure.
Can i pls know when will i receive my product back.

    My ticket no is 1437335 i have my usb for replacement to boat on 21 august and the replacement product was issued on 8 september and they have said that my product will dispatch in 5 days its the 9th day but my product has not yet dispatched and not just that they are not replying to my tweets, emails and calls please help its almost a month and i am not getting my product back

    Its the 14th day but there is no solution yet boat customer care is just procrastinating the work and saying that it will dispatch soon when this soon will come in 2022

    It is the 15th day and still company is saying lie that they have dispatched my product
    Not dispatching my products. Tried to connect service helpline number but it seems busy all the time. Not getting any feedback regarding this I'm not sure when they are planning to return my product.

      Your executive abhinav sharma ([protected]) picked my faulty boat airdopes product (Awb[protected] on 24 august 2020.
      Neither he did share a slip, nor can i track the product on company website.

      Trying to reach but the number is switched off.
      More than a month i have not received any replacement.

      These were brand new purchased in july 2020.

      Kindly check or i will raise a consumer complaint against the brand and the company.

        My boat earphones are picked on 8th sept. 2020 and they are not arrived yet. Currently xpressbees is showing arrived at bom/rvp, mumbai, maharashtra this as shipment status and estimated delivery is 7th may 2020. My ticket number is 1503528.
        I already mailed to both xpressbees and boat care. No one give me reply or not receiving any call (Shown to be busy every time). Kindly look at this complaint as it has been too long.

        Still boat service are not given response properly. After complaint they gives emediate response to complaint but still they doing same as previous (slow response or not).
        Please help me to solve this issue.

          I have purchased boat airdopes 411 from amazon and received the product on 8th of august the product which i received had a problem and i worte to imagine marketing regarding this issue.

          I then filed for a replacement for the product on the boat website with the ticket number : 1425365.

          The product was picked up and was sent to mumbai boat headquarters for service/replacement i tracked the product till today the day it was delivered.

          *when i opened the product i got a old model used earpods. And also the bill stating the price of airdopes to ₹1338 it's clearly a fraud.

          This is simply a fraud which the company is trying to play with it's customers after waiting for 30 day's

              I placed an order with boat for Bluetooth headphone, rockerz 550 black and I applied for exchange. After they picked up my product, they never delivered the exchange product. I have paid full amount.

              had ordered a boat rockerz 550 black wireless headphones from your website (order #33304) and after I realized that the mic was not working, I raised an exchange request (ticket# 31632), your team successfully picked up the product but there is no response for the exchange of the product?

              I want to know, where is my product? Why there is a huge delay of 1 month? I tried calling your landline number[protected] but there is no response at all. I raised the same issue o twitter but they are not responding at all.

              What is the best way to reach your team? Is this all fraud at all?

                  I have sent the product on 9 march. I still haven't received the product. Even they don't reply to mails. The call didn't connects in one go i have had to try for 10to 20times them it connects for 1 time. But then also call is kept on hold. I have tried alot. My ticket no. 1028276

                    Cancellation of order

                    I have mailed boat within the hour to cancel my order.
                    After 24 hrs they mailed and stated how to cancel the order.
                    I have unfulfilled order in place of cancellation button and i am not able to cancel order.
                    Mailed them 4-5 times, called them, waited for two hours on call and they disconnected.
                    Now the product has been picked up by courier partner which is xpressbee.
                    Kindly cancel my order id-50766...

                    I have registered my boat complaint online they picked up my product on 26th august 2020 and reached their place on 29/8/20. They updated that replacement product is dispatched on 10/9/20. It has been al most 25 days i still have not received my replaced product. Please help me to get my product back... Ticket number - 1458328 and product is apple iphone lightening cable.

                      So, it took a much long day for the replacement. It took almost a month. The product replaced also had issue. The replacement product they send was an old unit, I reclaimed it again and again it took a whole month. So, basically their service is pathetic as we can't connect to them. But yes you can keep a track with ticket number and they timely uniform us at what procedure they are at. But each process takes a very long time. So, need to have patience.

                            I have purchased boat headset and i have reported a complaint.
                            I did not get any response from boat, but i commented in the boat facebook page and i got reply and they asked me to the send the product to the boat service center and i sent the boat headset (September 01 2020) to the boat service center.
                            After few days i messaged in messaged in facebook and got reply from them on september 07, 2020 like the replacement product will be dispatched in 2-3 days but already completed 9 days and the product is not dispatched yet. They have provide fake tracking number. Boat took my old headset and they are not giving replacement headset.

                            Again i messaged in facebook and boat blocked me in the facebook.

                            I sent so many emails but no response from them, customer care number is worst, they will not respond to customer care number and for email also they will not respond, not only for me and for all the customers they are doing like this.

                              My order no #44413 boat rockerz 450 agua blue. It was not manufactured well or finishing not done well. So i requested for replacement on 5th sept. It got picked up by delhivery courior on 5th and got delivered on 11th sept. Still there is no information regarding this and even the ticket no given to me #47388 there is no update on this and even on order page of boat site. I raisead so many mails but it taking too much time in responding to me and even i didn't get connected to boat customer care tried so many times.

                                Dear respective, greetings!

                                I have bought boat micro usb 500 black 1.5m cable via flipkart on 2nd jun 2020.

                                Here attached invoice for your reference, but not having an mfg box.

                                It's charging slowly, not working properly.

                                Tried using the cable via 1a, 1.2a, 2a branded charger adapters in proper power sockets. Facing negative results.

                                Kindly resolve the problem asap.

                                Actually, i’m a huge fan of boat brand. Almost all of my electronic devices are boat such as 255f earphone, rugby bluetooth speaker and including this cable.

                                Hope boat team won’t disappoint me by resolving this cable issue in quick action with hassle-free.

                                  I had boat bluetooth speakers which stopped working properly after 2-3 months. Raised a complaint and they picked the speakers for service. Later i got a mail that speaker will be replaced. Later, no replacement nothing for last 6 months. I keep getting mails that the ticket will be closed. Whenever i respond no reply to my mails. They told its been shipped and provided some tracking number. I cannot find any details for that tracking number. It says no data found. I did not get replacement unit. Whenever i call their customer support, its not connecting. Worst customer service ever come across,

                                    I ordered boat wired headsets on july 6, 2020 and i received the parcel almost after ten days and the same day i have raised the return request and it returned to the delivery person (From xpressbees) on 29th july 2020, now it's been almost two months still i didn't get any response regarding my refund and i have called to customer care support and i have raised many mails regarding it, but none of them was responded. I would like to know the status of my refund or the approximate time that those guys will gonna take to refund my money. Please look into the issue and solve it asap.

                                      I had raised the complaint for my boat rockerz, due to charging issue. Same has been locked by the boat and also received the confirmation that they have received on 11th, july however no response on their side after that and no customer care number working and no reply by email. I bought it online through amazon.
