[Resolved] Boat — boat rockerz 255/ one side earpiece stopped working

Hai i am very much disappointed with you. I bought boat rockers 255 on jan 2019 last month one side ear piece stopped. So i made complaint in your official website and they accepted for replacement and i sent my product. But it's been up to 1 month i still don't receive my product. I tried calling customer care but no response. Please do reply otherwise you will have to face the consequences.

The boat team where notified about the issue by consumer complaint and I got a reply email and they issued the replacement product. happy...

Updated by Prabaharan M I have submitted proper invoice to them but they simply not aware of any the complaint.please someone help me.
