Boat — Boat rockerz 261 malfunction

My boat rockerz 261 purchased on 09.10.2019. Due to malfunction i had give this product for service 5 times in the past. After every replacement the product malfunction is still not resolved. Customer care number was also not reachable and if connects they put too much long hold and never respond.
