Hi team, I have purchased the earphones and within 6 months, right side earphone is not working. I have tried contacting you guys several times but there is no response. I have sent emails as well but no one ever replied. I was not expecting this type of customer service. Please repair that on a prior basis as i am so disappointed. One side earphone is not working, this company always providing faulty products to consumers, please try to take action against it, as indian it is not correct to encourage this company
