Boat — Boat service centre experience

I bought boat rockerz 400 from Amazon. 3 months later the right side speaker made weird sound. I registered warranty online but they asked to visit nearest service center. I thought they will reject it giving reasons but guy checked and said “manufacturing defect” so replaced whole piece. New unit working fine. Process was faster than expected.
