On 22nd august, 2024, i have given my atom 81 bluetooth earphones to repair as it was having a low sound on right earphone than left side under warranty claim. On 23rd they received the earphones. On 24th august they said they received the wrong product so they rejected my warranty claim. It will came back again. On 25th august i had received another one person's product which was wrong product. The delivery boy said that he will exchange the same after contacting the other person.in-between this he was saying i have some exam going on so i am not on duty. What's my fault in this. So, after some days on 2nd september, he said i am on your address kindly take your product, again such a irresponsible behavior as i was not on home i send another person, he takes the product from the same delivery guy, and i ask him to send me the photos. Again, it was wrong product, it was someone's wired earphones and defected too. Such a bad service from them. He asks me the photo of my original atom 81. I sent him through the amazon orders on the same date. Now, days gone it is 12th september which is today i call him to know my status, but his number says it is not in service. I felt cheated, disheartened. I am seeking for quick help now from boat. Their service was bad, what can i do...
