Boat — Boat Stone 1000 speaker charging issue

Hello Team,

I am using boat stone 1000 wireless Bluetooth headphone. Suddenly it is having issue with charging. we tried to change cable and other adapter but speaker is not charging. There is no any charging LED showing as well.

After checking multiple time, I found that charging plug is having issue. I have visited service center but they refuse to accept speaker and said it is a damage.

I am really surprise because this speaker never fall down and there is no any physical damage even. This is under warranty and still not getting proper response from Boat.

Kindly treat this as critical and do the replacement of the product.

I have attached here invoice of the boat and also pic of the boat speaker. Kindly treat this as very urgent.
