Boat — Boat Watch Display Not working

I have purchased boat watch just 5 days ago and used only for 4 hours and suddenly it's screen is not working properly and just showing lines. Boat product are not so bad that they only work for 4 hours...And now i am issuing a ticket for door to door replacement... No link or option is showing in the window

I have purchase boat storm pro smart watch just 1 month earlier. But now the touch screen not working. Please help

My boat watch is not showing anything on screen.
I have tried charging it and restarting it but still no response.
Kindly help me how can I resolve this issue
