I have bought Boat smart watch in Aug from Flipkart. It stops working after 2 months. Since the, i am trying to reach Boat for a replacement but seems it isnt so easy.
Boat Lifestyle organization has got a link to raise complaint which never takes any complaints but - redirects the customers to the service center that does not accept any exchange, and instead advices customer to go online/website and submit a request for replacement for a door pick up. They are not even supporting customers to raise an online complaint on behalf of customers. Worst service from the service centers.
I have visited all Bangalore service centers and none were able to help. Now, at least i thought of taking support from Flipkart but looks like they are also help/hopeless as they are not able to connect me to the dealer so i can close loop the issue nor assisting in my concern.
I need Boat team to respond, replace the product and refund amount for all the circus i am doing to get their attention.

as per the snap i get email from flipkart i click on link to raise a complaint a page opens and asks for product, pin it displays the service center names and location based on pin code... which means there is no complaint registered.
