Hi,
I have purchased Boat Stone 1200 Black from Amazon on Sept 24 2021. I have hardly used it. I have taken out today Dec 30 2021 to use it and tried to charge but to my surprise, it is not charging.
I tried reaching customer service numbers several times, no one anwers it.
Also their website gives false information about raising a complaint.

We cannot raise a ticket/complain from above site, it simply redirects to service center. No one is answering the phone.
I'm in hyderabad and service center is 35 kms far away.
This is highly ridiculous, very bad experience. Please help me resolve my issue, thank you.
