    I ordered boat ear pods on 31st and the order transaction was completed successfully and debited of rs.1299 from my side but now the boat transaction page is showing error and no updates on orders.
    And refund.
    boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have ordered boat airdropes 441 wirless earbuds in boat website.using mobile number on jan 4 2022 And paid the Rs.1619.10 through gpay the transaction was successful debited the amount ( added screenshot of gpay transaction) But still next process is not yet confirmed still it was asking to pay the amount .

          My airdopes have been picked up by the xpressbee parcel services on 28of the July. What's the status of my complaint?. It's been more then 15 days as mentioned by boat about the time duration for replacement. I have contacted the boat customer care number almost around 10 times. And i have the screenshot of the acknowledgement for the transit with the consignment number shared with me by xpressbee to 3 different mail IDs shared by boat customer care executive for 5 times. From last month I'm getting false promises that my issue is been escalated to the higher official and my product will be picked up with 72 hours, 48 hours so on. But till now I didn't any notification regarding that and my product isn't delivered to me. It's almost 5 months got over!

          Boat's after sales services are really worst. Queries are not resolved within time and takes around more than 2 weeks to respond.
          It's my last product I have purchased of Boat.
          I have contacted them. And everytime they promise to resolve the complain
          And even after more than 15 days they are saying it will take around 7 to 10 days to deliver the product.

              Hi my Bluetooth headphones have been snapped and broken at the extending part the wire has not been damaged and i can hear through both the speakers but i can't put the headphone on as it is broken i still have 5 months of warranty can i get a repairment or replacement

                I'he ordered boat wired headsets on boat life style website on dec 2 but because of some problem I want to cancel my order but i am not unable to do it from my logged account (From where i'he purchased the order - boat lifestyle).in the cancel option area it is showing not delivered (Only text), maybe because of that i am not able to cancel the order.                           I was having issue with my boat airdopes 281 so filed an complaint for replacement as it was in warranty period and the product is picked up by delivery boy on 09/11/2021 and after picked up a message came to me that the invoice which i have shared was invalid. So i have mailed it many times. But then it's almost 50 days of my product was dispatched and i don't have any information regarding it. Many times i also reach out to the customer service but they used to waste time nothing else . My ticket no. is 3949066. I need a solution of this ASAP. For further information please contact me.

                              I ordered boat bluetooth headset directly from boAt website on 27th Nov and paid Rs.999 through online. My product is not even shipped. Inspite of sending several emails and reminders, I am not getting any response. There is no customer service. We can only send email for concerns. I am worried my money is lost. Don't know why boAt is doing like this.

                                  Against my warranty claim for Boat 100 wireless bluetooth earphone, I have received an empty box on 18.11.21.

                                  Regarding this several mails wrote to the customer care team and several calls also made.

                                  But till date my product is not replaced and there is no acknowledgement for my complaint also
                                  Everytime when I call to CC team, they are asking me to wait for another 3days, 10days etc...
                                  Nowadays not attending my calls also.

                                    I ordered an earphone bassheads 242 on 30 December 2021 and done a pre payment through Google pay but after that I didn't got any notification by their side but it was showing that the amount has been debited from my account.                                         Hi,

                                        I have purchased Boat Stone 1200 Black from Amazon on Sept 24 2021. I have hardly used it. I have taken out today Dec 30 2021 to use it and tried to charge but to my surprise, it is not charging.
                                        I tried reaching customer service numbers several times, no one anwers it.
                                        Also their website gives false information about raising a complaint.

                                        We cannot raise a ticket/complain from above site, it simply redirects to service center. No one is answering the phone.
                                        I'm in hyderabad and service center is 35 kms far away.

                                        This is highly ridiculous, very bad experience. Please help me resolve my issue, thank you.
