Boat — Claimed warranty for my earphones

My boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ was giving trouble after just a month. The music kept breaking and even a slight increase in volume made it sound all cranky. I was honestly so upset because they were new and I enjoyed listening to songs while wearing them. Luckily they were still under warranty, so I went to the boAt official website, filled out my details, and the claim got approved fast. Within three days, I received a new headset and touchwood, no issues till now.
