I had registered complaint on 5th of june 2021 for warrenty claim, and after replacing my product, it was succefully shipped at delivery centre. But I have not received the delivery yet. when I called delivery centre regarding to delivery, they said that they had lost my product from there centre. Please take some action as soon as possible. now i am loosing my hopes. Will I get my headphones back or not?

5th june: complaint registered.
7th june: complaint approved.
7th june: product picked up by Blue Dart.
10thjune: replaced product left the service centre and picked by courier partner (xpressbees).
Today is 25th of june still not received delivery. Take some actions as soon as possible. Your service disappointed me very much.
