I have claimed warranty for BLACK AIRDOPES 190, as it was having audible problem, i returned it on 25th juky whose ticket number was 35880214, today i rieceved the product but the product i got was some boat earphone, not the product i claimed warranty for.

    My Name is Ankit and my warranty claim ticket no. is 36094938.
    I handed over my boat 161-Peppel Black in good condition to boat's pickup agent, there was no physical damage on that product. But yesterday i received mail from boat that my product was physically damaged. It is clearly mentioned in the previous mail that boat's agent will inspect the product before pickup.

      My warranty claim rejected

      My complaint number is 36557724 Which I had raised on August 6 and my product was also picked up on the same day. Those who came to pick up the product had seen the product. There was no damage in product that time otherwise the pickup person deny to receive the product. Now the Boat team saying "Your warranty claim has been rejected because we found the received product to be Damaged Product". Please Boat team solve my issue As soon as possible...

      My product is dispatched but not handed to courier partner . Please make the process in its way, it had already been 9 days delay in dispatch the product and pickup is still in pending. And In delhivery app it shows pickup cancelled by merchant . It needs to reschedule pickup or generate new awb number . Please help I'm facing lots of issue due to this. I'm a student and I have to take online classes and I'm getting very late for this. I request you to please solve the issue as soon as possible

        I raised warranty against my product on 24th july 2023 and it was replaced by 31st july but now 7th august i hadn't received my product because they are not dispatching it from their hub. I have to do many important work because i'm a student and i'm facing lots of issue due to this problem. i need it very urgently .

              I have bought boAt Atom 83 airdopes from boAt official site (order number[protected] and i raised a complaint with boAt customer saying the same. They arranged for the pick up from agent also it was mentioned agent will first verify the product and then only he will pickup the product from me incase of any damage he will return it at the same time. But in my case product was good agent took the product and shared with boAt service centre. Today i received whatsApp message from boAt saying your product is damaged that too my complaint was raised for the pairing issue. My question is, if the product is damaged then why did the agent pickup the product from me and as mentioned he will not pickup incase of any damage. If at all boAt mentions product is damaged then it must be damaged by agent it self which boAt responsibility. I request boAt to help me with the same new product in which paiiring works.

                  I have ordered the Boat storm watch on Dec 15, 2022. The product was sent for warranty claim (ticket no[protected]. The product was picked up on July 10, 2022. Now Boat had refusing to dispatch back the product (with or without warranty claim). First thing they are claiming the invoice is tempered. I raised complain again which got approved and product got picked up. Now i couldn't see any update on tick so reach out to dell by mail or call, they didn't response to mail addressing same and on call, they denied helping.
                  I am seeking support here to get my product back.

                    I have problem with my boat airdopes 163. after use of 1 month i detect problem in product. the left side ear buds after full charging when uses it after 10-15 minutes it turn off then put it charge agian and i face same problem.i gave for it waranty claim.they said that my product ear piece damaged.but i sure that i dont dmaged it. i need replacemnt on it .dont want to the damaged product.

                      I raised complain (id[protected] with Boat for my earphone on 18 July.
                      my product was picked up in 2-3 days. and after 5 days (24 july) i received email that my warranty claim got accepted and they will ship the replacement within 5 days. but today is 1 Aug still not received any update on dispatch.

                      I sent multiple mails to them. No one responding.

                      I tried to calling the customer support number, but their employees are saying that they don't have any update on the product and hung up the calls.

                      Boat if you don't want to replace the product please send atleast my old product back. You are taking money and you are taking the product also. What is this?

                        I registered a complaint (ID:[protected] with Boat for my defective product. They picked up my product and tested. I received mail 4 days later that my warranty claim got accepted and replacement will be shipped within 5 days. but its been more than 10 days no update after that.
                        I have sent multiple mail to them no one is responding.

                        When I am trying to call 1/10 call get connected after that also their employee is saying they don't have any update on product and can't help and disconnect the call.

                        Very pathetic service.

                        I am still waiting for the product. If you don't want to replace at least return my old product.

                          Hi,

                          My headphones are not working on one side.
                          When I try to claim warranty through the website it says limit exceeded.
                          I tried yesterday, it says limit exceeded, tried today as well it says same
                          I'm sure its going to say the same tomorrow
                          Do you want me to do it daily?

                          Warranty period ends in 17days, so they want me to do the same for next 17days, after that you are going to say, the warranty period is over. I know this is what going to happen
                          i cannot to do that daily

                            I complaint about my Rockerz 255 pro on 20th july 2020 and, it got approved on the same day.

                            And on the other day on 24th july courier guy took my headset.

                            on same day 24th of july i got an update from boat that they got my earphones and is in testing phase

                            On 24th july i got another two updates that a replacement earphones are issued and will be dispatching soon

                            Today is 30th july and i din't received any updates on dispatching or any kind of delay in delivery.

                            I want my earphones its very urgent
                            Plz 🥺 send my earphone.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              When ever i go for walk and jogging in morning 4 am after 15 to 20 minutes the display starts getting darker..
                              When i come home and charge it, then it will work normally. Some times it will get total display off.

                                  On 21th julyy boat airdopes 141 are being checked by company and they got damaged as in result so they've initiated the replacement they're saying "Replaced Product order is been generated and will be shipped within 5 business days." But there's no update it's been 4 days i need earbuds very urgently because I've so many work to do because I'm student and there's no extra earphones to me. So please dispatch my exchanged item very soon.

                                    Hi team,
                                    I have bought boAt Airdopes 131 on 13 Jan 2023 and after 6 months one side of airbuds stopped working. I have raised warranty claim on 19 July 2023. Today on 25 july 2023 they rejected my warranty claim saying the product is damaged. I have sent my airdopes in a very well condition, even courier partner also inspected and then after inspection i have packed it in a small box as per the instructions.
                                    Now they are saying the product is damaged, how can it be damaged when the courier partner also checked it.
                                    Please execute proper investigation on this, i have sent the product in a well condition.
                                    They have now damaged my product and rejected the claim so that i can not claim the warranty.

                                    Please look into this. Please investigate it properly and check it with courier partner also.
