Worst experience with boat
A few months ago I purchased boat rockerz 335 ocean blue. One day I experience, , d a power on failure. Since my butt was in warranty I claimed for a repairment. Further, boat delivery partner took my product and delivered a replaced product after 25 days. Unfortunately the product I recieved was new but again a faulty product. Hence, I claimed for another replacement on the same day I recieved the new product. It has now been more than 15 days that I haven't recieved any communication from boat. My call is even not connecting to the customer care.
Moreover, a few days ago I called customer care and an executive informed me that my product is out of stock therefore my product will be replaced by some other product. On further enquiry she assured me that I will recieve a mail on 4th October, 2021 in order to take my preferences into account. The day has already passed and yet no communication from boat. Your self help service is not updated hence has now become a tool for misinformation. The last updated message is from 24th september, 2021 claiming that my product is a service hub and will take two business days. Through customer care executive I made my issue highlighted several times to have an escalated delivery second time as it was due to company's fault that they sent me a faulty product on replacement.
