[Resolved] boAt Customer Care — Boat bassheads 220

I have purchased boat bassheads 220 from Flipkart in the month of march but I am sorry to say that it couldn't run smoothly even for two months. It started developing problem in the month of June so I complaint about it in the boat customer care on 15th July 2020 and they picked up my damaged product the next day. They provided me ticket number 1184083 and picked up my product the next day and it's about 1.5 months, till now I have not got my replacement product and they are saying that we are dispatching tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.

Updated by Soumitro.m I complaint about it in the boat customer care on 15th June 2020 not in July. I am facing lots of problem in my online classes.Kindly look into this matter and provide quick resolution.
