I, Rahul, purchased a pair of boAt Immortal 121 earbuds in June 2024. Unfortunately, the product stopped functioning properly, and I submitted a warranty claim under ticket ID 49811549.Despite several communications over the past 25 days, the company has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. The company acknowledged that my original product was out of stock and offered me inferior models as replacements, including refurbished options which I do not accept. I have repeatedly requested the following models as alternatives:Boat Airpods DriftBoat Airpods 192Boat Immortal 131Boat Immortal 171Boat Immortal Airspeed ProDespite these requests, I have faced undue delays, and now the company is closing my warranty claim without my consent. I believe this is a violation of my consumer rights.Resolution Requested: I request that the company honor my warranty claim by providing one of the models I have selected above as a replacement.
