Boat — Delivery was missed but they sent it again safely

My earphones were showing as delivered but I did not receive anything. I got worried and contacted the customer support. It took time to reach them but they tracked it and arranged a delivery again.
It took longer than expected but I got my order in the end so that is the important factor. It came properly in a sealed box and with a contents list inside. I have bought boAt products in the past but they have made the branding premium now as well as the service is better.
