Boat — Device is stop working after two months from the purchase

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the BoAt Power Bank I purchased in 16 july 2024. The device stopped working just two month after purchase, despite proper usage.

On 23/09/2024 I contacted BoAt's customer care helpline number-[protected] to report the issue. Unfortunately, I received no response or resolution from boat power bank officials.

I request:

- Replacement or refund of the defective product
- Compensation for inconvenience caused
