Boat — Didnt expect support for an out-of-warranty headphone

I bought boat Rockerz 400 headphone in 2020 …it worked well for 4-5 years.. but recently it stopped connecting with my phone. It kept showing error so I thought Bluetooth chip gaya. My warranty period was over so I was like they will give not reply but they instantly connected me on call and walked me through some steps- forget device, clear Bluetooth cache, re-pair. It connected after that and is working fine without issues. I must say the durability is great, planning to buy new model soon.
