Boat — Earbuds were not syncing properly

I bought boat immortal 121 earbuds for gaming. For first few months it was perfect -low latency, great sound. Then left side stopped syncing one day. I messaged them nd they shared some reset instructions and a troubleshooting link. Tried it, and surprisingly it worked. I was thinking of returning it but issue got solved easily.
