[Resolved] Boat — earphones one side is not working

I purchased boat rockertz 255 earphone in october 1. But now already one side of the earphone is not working. Since it's in the warranty period i would like a exchange of the product. Else not please refund my money back. The product is already damaged. Do reach out as soon as possible and provide an exchange with the product. Please provide a point of contact else refund my money back.
