Boat rockerz 480 bluetooth wireless earphone is not working. Bluetooth connection failed oftenly. Device connecting and disconnecting sometimes when we try to establish the bluetooth pair with mobile i had bought this product in 16 july 2019. And i have 1 year of warranty on this product. Please help me out with this issue in this product how to get it resolved asap.

    I have ordered Boat rockerz 255 active black bluetooth earphones on flip kart website. Exchange and return time period has been over. So, I'm here to inform the problems with the earphones. Firstly, if I move only few inches away from my phone music from Bluetooth earphones stops automatically. While on call also it is making some annoying sounds to outsiders whom I talking to. So, I want to return the product immediately and I request you to process my complaint as soon as possible.

      When I try to switch on my headphone a light just glow up but headphone doesn't start. they are working with aux cable.the aux which came with headphone is also not working. I think that my headphone problem get resolved and your company provide me a new set of headphone. I used my headphone only for 2 months and then they didn't switch on.

          Hello,

          I have registered a complaint on boat on 4-nov-2019. Complaint no is : 744813

          On 05-nov-2019, boat pickup my product and i received one mail with waybill number[protected] and on 15 nov service center received my product for servicing and on 28-nov-2019 i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. And waybill number of dispatch product is[protected] but still i did not get any awb# from courier on this. I checked with courier and they said they did not receive any thing from boat.
          I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
          When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

            earphones one side is not working

            I purchased boat rockertz 255 earphone in october 1. But now already one side of the earphone is not working. Since it's in the warranty period i would like a exchange of the product. Else not please refund my money back. The product is already damaged. Do reach out as soon as possible and provide an exchange with the product. Please provide a point of contact else refund my money back....

            I have sent my earphones for replacement and the company has issued a replacement it's been a month and more that they are not sending back my earphones or responding to my calls or emails... They just send me messages that they will send the earphones... Please help me out and ask them to return my earphones. Or else at least tell them to return my money.                 I have two boAt USB cable. One I buy in March 2019 which stops working in June.
                But I buy another one in July 2019 but it also stops working.
                Both are in 2 warranty. I buy both the cables from Amazon.
                Your product really disappointing me. Please replace my both products. Or contact me.

                  I bought the product boAt Rockerz 255F Bluetooth Headset with Mic and 5 months later one side of the earphones is not working. The customer service is answered by an automated system asking me to register the product and sent me a link which does not work. I have tried visiting their website and registering but I have yet to receive the confirmation message and it has been more than 10 days. I tried to mail them and again they sent me a mail saying to register on their website but there is no response from them, no matter how many times I tried to register. And sometimes the website doesn't work. Claiming warranty on a defective product product shouldn't be this hard..I feel like they purposefully made it this hard to claim the warranty.

                  Hi,
                  I purchased Boat Rockerz 255 black and it is still under warranty. When i mailed for warranty claim and replacement to mail id "[protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com" it got failed to send the mail. It seems the mail id is invalid now. In the Boat website also there is no other mail id mentioned which to send mail. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
                  Hello, I registered a warranty claim for my boat rockerz 255 active Black as it's one side was not working properly, ticket number 1396791. And now it's been more than a month they picked my product but no replacement, no any update. No reply when I mailed same issue on imaginemarketingindia. Luckily I got connected to customer service executive after making so many calls and he told me that process slowed down due to covid. He told me to mail my invoice and I will get further update within a day. Now it's more than 2 days and still no update. Why boat is making warranty claim process so difficult? Please fix it ASAP.

                    My headphone right hand side is not giving sound.

                    Boat 311v2 eardopes left one is not working and only blinking red light no blue light please resolve the issue
                    My left Airdopes 311 V2 is not giving sound I have purchased it before 20 days
                    My airdopes 441 sprit lime are not charging fully they charge only upto 90% then charging stop automatically, and they discharge quickly within 1 hours even I use them in very low volume.
                    From purchasing till 4 months they work good but now it's too bad.
                    I order them from Amazon.

                      I raised a complaint on boat's website about mu faulty stone 1400 speaker on 11 nov (24 days ago) as it had stopped working. 2 days later my speaker was picked up from my home (On 13 nov).
                      Then it took 7 days for it to reach mumbai which it finally did on 20th november. Then 2 days later (22 nov), i checked for the status of my complaint on your website and it stated that a replacement unit was issued (Attaching a screenshot for the same). After that i haven't heard from you for a single time in 14 days. So it's my kind request to provide me with some update about the progress of my complaint as soon as possible. And provide me with the replacement unit asap. Your customer support won't pick up my phone and it's just pathetic. According to you the replacement is already issued so why aren't you sending the speaker back to me. Kindly revert back to me with an update

                        I have purchased the boat aavante bar 1550 sound bar on 15/05/2019 suddenly it is stopped working. This product is come with the 1 year warranty.
                        When i have raised the complaint in the boat customer care but they people not responding properly. Customer care executive always saying wait for 48 hours we will send engineer at your door step.
                        I have called lot of time to customer support but their phone is always showing busy and in week days they are saying we are closed. Now it's already 60 days over.                           I bought a boat rockerz 255f bluetooth headset with mic through flip-kart on oct 2019. Since after two months o[censored]sing right side of the headset is not working i have already registered complaint regarding the same (Ticket number 800057) date on 22nd nov 2019 and reverse pick up has been initiated through xpressbees on the same date and waybill number is given (Waybill number[protected] but the reverse pickup is not done yet and the contact number given for the reverse pickup the concern person is not attending the call i tried reaching him more than 10 times for last 5 days.

                            I have purchased boat bassheads 100 in-ear headphones with mic (Black) on 2nd may 2019 through amazon, which has 1-year warranty. But now these earphones stopped working and also show the sound issue from the last few days. These earphones give the very bad quality of sound which is understandable to me or another person.                             I purchased boat 225 black wired headset on 27 may 2019 from amazon. I've registered the product and i want to claim warranty for the product.                               The product has a one year warranty and within the warranty period the hearphone stopped working and i couldn't hear on both the sides of the hearphone and expecting a new product in replacement of the same. The boat hearphone had stopped working completely i couldn't hear anything. Firstly i couldn't hear only on the right side and later both the sides stopped working

                              I purchased an item rockers 255 Bluetooth headphone buy paying an amount of Rs. 1295. Money is deducted from my account through Razorpay. But I didn't receive any information regarding the purchase. I contacted Razorpay and they are saying money is deducted from the account so any further refund or process can be done by the merchant.

                                My bluetooth headset started creating within unexpectedly less time. Initially it seems to be good. I liked the products sound and battery backup both. But now it's right bud have stopped working. On checking remarks about product i found that right bud is more vulnerable to damage because of presence of controllers. Company must work on the manufacturing.
                                I have been disappointed by the inferior quality of product. I hope, boat will provide me better experience in the process of availing it's warranty and i will get the replaced bluetooth within least time possible.

                                I have ordered baot earphone from boat website...then my page was redirected to razorpay page through which I paid 399 rupees as amount was given .razorpay send us an email mentioning that we have paid bt nothing from boat company...they didn't even send anything about the order of product.I ordered the product on 2 December 2019
                                I got boat stone 200 in Amazon online shoping on 15 oct 2019. But the device is not charging from 25 nov 2019. I need to resolve this problem.

                                  The payment of my order is done but bill or order confirmation mail is still not received,

                                  I didn't receive any kind of confirmation email from the boat or ndsl. I contacted razorpay and they are saying that money is deducted so any further process or refund be initiated only by merchant ndsl or boat.

                                    I have order a product on https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/ but product didn't dispatch and given customer care number also didn't work.
                                    And they also didn't give reply on email and i have paid 1499rs for same and i want to cancel order and want to intiate full refund into my same payment method so help me regard this

                                    Its not resolved till now. It has been 2 days and still order status is unfulfilled. I need to cancel the order and there is no proper methods mentioned for doibg that and customer care is not giving response
