Boat — Empty Parcel Received

I have ordered Boat Basshead 162 wired earphones through Boat lifestyles official website having Order Number 860942 on 28th September, 2021 which was to be delivered by 2nd October, 2021. The delivery partners involved are Shiprocket and Delhivery Courier.

After several complaints and follow ups, the product was delivered on 6th October, 2021 but there is nothing in the packet when I opened.
